AD hired video guys all around the world with huge difference skill level. I feel like AD wants cheap out to pay for a better video team whatsoever, because most of their video are all at horrible quality, and really hard to watch. Enes does way much better than AD. AD just had brand-named and nothing else.
I like seeing how people with more money than G-d get taken by other people with more money than G-d.
Looks like Arvin got his first sponsored video 😂
@ArvinHaddad Stop your belly aching, and give us our fix, man!! 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 I love your videos. Please keep them coming. Oh… And… When I am ready to buy my dream home I know who to reach out to. I trust your instincts with how different spaces within homes are often missed opportunities with how they are utilized and weirdly furnished.
This is my favorite house but after two or three years living there you would be left with the same life problems that no one can escape: Frustration with people's behavior, including your own, worries about capital losses, weight gain, medical problems. You want barefoot fantasy but you have ugly bunions and your son's friend's feet stink. These houses are fantasies. Once the drugs and alcohol have to be put away for life you won't really see the house anymore. You won't think about it unless someone comes over and says "wow!", then you're pleased for about a minute.
bro, how did you know?!?!? shocked me when he started revealing the yachts hahahahahha
Arvin, you can't blame about driveway. It's about contour map.
This is not "Iconic". This is a "Messy".
The foyer doesn't give a wow factor. That stair is super super ugly instead it should be a "Spiral staircase".
it's not "cozy and intimate" with those high gloss materials in that small bar instead it feels more luxury
By far the best opening video ever. 😂 hilarious. Arvin you’re something else, genius!
Her comment was off. Property does not need J- LO
The property is gorgeous, it sells by itself….
rare enes W
mmmm Arv you took it easy on this property…..You've critiqued way better properties and roasted them….83 million for 1985 shakeweights and prison yard bench presses….you are wilin….but entertaining…This property aint IT…
more homes that you like please!
My absolute favourite and you can’t change my mind 😊 and the developer built it for himself
Would love to see Max Noble and the architect collab on something like this. Every inch of the house would be so detailed and unique.
The AD guy is SOOO ANNOYING! And the filming is crap
now this house is amazing
Love your channel! I’m moving to LA soon. Once my crypto works out I’ll be contacting you 🙂
Worst coloring in all the Rooms in the video there is no color in the rooms all the videos are whited out, compared to all Enis videos these are horrific 🤮Terrible videographer! Learn how to use lighting and darkness in your videos they are disgusting 🤮 Go back to cinematographer School! 👎🏼
My only question is: what happens to a keyless entry system when a blackout occurs? I actually believe this overreliance on cybersecurity is quite dangerous in such cases. There should be a backup system, namely, good ol’ mechanical lock mechanisms.
Arvin, a new subscriber here. I think you’ve been asked about it many times before, but why wouldn’t you review a house all by yourself some time?
Great critique. I agree not a nice home.
Im new to the channel, only started watching yesterday, but I now understand the Enes 'cheaper hire' Christian Slayter comments. 😂
Great review Arvin!
There is no perfect property. All of them have pros and cons. One must look for the property that fits his/her needs and the budget.
It's a long way from the kitchen to the formal dining area–and the outdoor one. Must have good staff.
A random landline phone sitting in a gorgeous modern mansion made me laugh.
I like hearing the points that explain to me why I don’t like a place even if I had the money
Enes Production Quality is his 1 pro. But his yes man ego is his downfall.
Omg…im a realestate junkie, but I love it!
no need to be mean in the intro arvin lmao. its important to know what houses you think are good so we can better understand what makes others bad.
The other properties Arvin critiqued, I used to think they are amongst the most beautiful. The way he shows flaws, even the location being a fire hazard changed my mindset and the way I view and or consider properties. Needless to say, I binge-watched about 15 videos in one sitting……Someone said in the comments he is like a plastic surgeon telling a supermodel how to look better……I totally agree. Kudos
The Male Realtor sounds like Steve O 😅
Guest suites are for the birds to do their business. How great is that.😂😂
I've been complaining for Years about the AD's poor video quality & super short, rushed videos.
The intro roast was amazing hahaha
Get your website internationally functional too.
I can't see the house for her ridiculous, shiny yellow parachute-dress.
I used to work in landscaping and those areas with grass and stone stripes will be an absolute nightmare to maintain. You will have to have people on your property every three to four days for multiple hours. Plus it seems like the outside parking area is mostly grass. If it rains and you drive over it with your car it will be instantly destroyed.
Steve o is that you?
19:22 that rowing machine is of the waterrower brand. water in the disc-shaped container is the resistance, not a fan, so it's quiet enough that you can have TV on, but not blasting.
That monologue at the beginning is the sad reality and truth of this world. For some that may be the case, but for me, I just enjoy real estate, architecture etc. Your channel provides deeper and more realistic understanding of it and that is also why I would like to see what the perfect mansion is in your opinion as I want to know what is considered perfect by the how to buy a mansion guy.
At 10:10 and 10:14 why is the art blurred out?
