For some reason I feel like I've seen this video before
amazing job, goes to show how much food Joel really eats and how much he has to work out to stay in shape. Doesn't look like a lot of food in front of the camera but when you see someone else eating and its not going down you soon realise how much pasta there is one just one plate.
