This trip is one for the books. I was beyond last minute planning this whole Sicily vacation but it’s turning out to be great. In what felt like the final hours, I found a site called www.borrowaboat.com and started putting some info in. Next thing you know I found a catamaran in Sicily for almost 40% off because it was so last minute. I cross-referenced a bunch of other sites, read some reviews of borrow a boat and pulled the trigger. Convincing Hannah was my next step. With a 13 month old, I knew she wouldn’t be that keen, but also knew it would be safe as it could be. So after some discussion she was in and here we are!
We left from the Northern coast of Sicily and hit the Aeolian islands. I didn’t even do any preliminary research on what to expect and wow, what a place! Even at 100 degree heat it was stunning and felt somewhat untouched compared to other island/costal hotspots. We had the absolute best time. Baby Claude basically learned how to walk on a Catamaran, Preston is in heaven and exploring like mad. Zuckerberg’s yacht is mind blowing. Life is beautiful. Bonding on the water is the best thing ever. We will all never forget this, or at least I won’t….! Can’t believe we have more adventures after this!

Your Mum is incredible at saving treasures from your childhood!! You guys are creating some amazing childhood adventures/ memories for your kids and traveling is the absolute best experience you can give them. I hope little P will not be materialistic and my cousin's husband hired a boat like Zuckerberg's to go round Croatia etc and she was not grateful and even a private party on the Grand Canal in Venice and she messed that up too so just goes to show sometimes you can have too much. I learnt alot watching her ingratitude and I am and never have been like her and I am very happy with what I have and that is what life is all about I think – being thankful for what you have and without health you have nothing.
Hannah has the most lovely bikinis and she looks great – you all do. Can't get over baby Claude having her paddleboard experience – gorgeous. The Aeolians are gorgeous thank you for bringing them to us. Yes all volcanic area and mysteriously beautiful. Your boat is the way to go.

That was pure magic and I eked it out over the day so I had something to look forward to and it is so hot in England so to see the water was lovely. I do live very close to the sea and love it and boat life is the best. Your filming and narrating are perfect and the family fun was incredible. Both children benefited from the wonderful experience you gave them and it was so lovely to see them gain in confidence in their new surroundings. Rock man P was funny and the hospitality of the italians is amazing – they love children. Always enjoy your videos and unique in the blogging world.
