    I am writing to you with a heart full of both love and desperation. I am the mother of a beautiful 10-month-old baby boy named Al Adolfo John. His smile lights up my world, but behind his innocent eyes lies a battle that no child should ever have to face. Syoti has been diagnosed with a severe congenital heart disease called pulmonary valve atresia, along with an intact interventricular septum and PDA. This diagnosis came after a 2D echo procedure revealed the heartbreaking reality of his condition.

    Every day is a struggle, but I have always believed that love and determination can overcome any obstacle. However, this time, I am faced with a challenge that I cannot conquer alone.

    Syoti needs an urgent open-heart surgery, a procedure known as a Glenn shunt, to save his life. The medical expenses for this surgery are overwhelming, and I find myself at a loss, unable to gather the necessary funds. The cost is far beyond what I can afford, even with the help of family and friends. Each passing day feels like a countdown, and the fear of losing my precious son is more than I can bear.

    I am reaching out to you, hoping that my plea will touch your heart. My little Syoti is a fighter, and he deserves a chance to live, to grow up, and to experience the beauty of life. He deserves to laugh, to play, and to be surrounded by love and care. But I cannot give him that chance without your help.

    Please, if you can find it in your heart to assist us, any contribution, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to saving Syoti’s life. Your generosity can make a world of difference for my son. We are in desperate need of your support and prayers.
