This dish features cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and crispy beef sausage, all in a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce. Ingredients
1 bag pre-cooked ravioli
1 cup beef sausage, sliced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
8 oz cherry tomatoes
Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sundried tomato spread
2 tbsp chopped shallots
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lemon, zest and juice from half
1 tsp Blackstone’s Tuscan Herb Seasoning

Garnishes
Parsley
Basil
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat. Add the tomatoes and mushrooms to the griddle with Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle, then toss to coat.

2. Chop the garlic and add it to the veggie mixture. On the other side of the griddle, cook the sausage until it develops a crunchy texture.

3. In a bowl, mix the sundried tomato spread, heavy cream, lemon juice and zest, chopped shallots, and Tuscan Herb Seasoning.

4. On medium-low heat, add the bagged ravioli to the griddle, add a little water, and steam for about 3 minutes. Once steamed, add some Country Crock Drizzle & Sizzle and toss.

5. Mix the veggies, sausage, and ravioli together, then pour the homemade sauce on top. Toss until well mixed and allow the sauce to reduce for about 2 minutes.

6. Transfer to a shallow bowl and garnish with parsley, basil, and grated Parmesan cheese.

    Your husband allergic to pork… my fried allergic to shellfish; beef and pork aggravates kidney stone problem… so, poultry the answer… if I find a good turkey sausage, does that work?

    Never heard of “Drizzle and Sizzle”… something tells me I’m not finding that in Central PA… interesting how you got the tomato sauce look… how? Not that sauce… it’s white… you’re not gonna tell me the cooked tomatoes made the color of the sauce…ARE you?
