3 oz. of San Marzano Sauce – 1 can of whole San Marzano Tomatoes, 3 tbsp of Olive Oil, 20 Garlic Cloves, 3 Calabrian Chilies, Pinch of Dried Oragano, 6 Fresh Basil Leaves
Caramelize Galric cloves in olive oil until golden brown. add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 min on med being careful not to scortch. Make sure you are stirring the sauce periodically!
3 tbsp of Arugula Salsa Verde -2 cups of organic arugula, 1 cup italian parsley, 3 high quality anchovies, 3 tbsp capers in brine, 8 castelvetrano olives, 2 garlic cloves, 1 small shallot diced, zest of 1 meyer lemon, 2 calabrian chilies, 2 tbsp of high quality spanish or Italian sherry vinegar, 1/4 c of Olive Oil.
Blitz all ingredients in food processor while slowly drizzling in the olive oil to create a chunky emulsion!
