it doesn't take an expert to understand that the pizza in the video is average. It's the one you eat because it does the job, a bit dry cheese. I would expect the mozzarella to be whiter and more runny and you see the tomato.

Im living in Sicily for about a year tried pizza all over italy, and I can honestly say that New york pizzas are way better tasting. Italian pizza’s are have fresher ingredients but not a lot variations, very simple.

I’ve been to one of the Eatalys in NYC and the pizza there is so good so I can understand stand what he is saying!! I’ve never been to Italy but that is one of the many places on my bucket list to go to and I have tried joes pizza as well❤
