  2. Appreciate Dr Li's enthusiasm . Gut biome improves your mood I can understand but ask any mother of an autistic child that the healthiest gut biome in their child will not reverse autism.

Dark chocolate (cocoa/cacao powder), Kiwi, Broccoli, Extra virgin olive oil, Omega-3 fatty acids, Pomegranate, grape, cranberry, probiotics, Tomatoes, apples, pears, garlic, scallions, Blueberries, Navy beans, lentils, and dried prunes, Turmeric, chili pepper powder, and oregano powder, Apple cider vinegar

  4. Dr William, if I make a smoothie mixing whole yogurt,Kiwi,cacao,and 3 table spoons of apple cider vinegar.Will it all still help me the same or will one cancel the benefits of another? Help me please

  5. Excellent video. I bought your book eat to beat disease and sent one to my girlfriend in the Carolinas when she had breast cancer. I’ve read it covered to cover, although I think she never did. But I shared with her as much as possible. And I’m still eating via your recommendations from that book to this day. Thank you so much for your research your work and your videos.

  6. I love kiwi 🥝 so no problem for me. Imagine what's best is actually something you don't like or have food allergies. I sympathize to people who have food allergies, it sucks. I know people who are almost allergic to pretty much everything, ouff IDK how they are dealing with this.

  7. If consuming dark chocolate regularly, eat cilantro (washed) as chelation for the heavy metals found in the dark chocolate.

  8. DR. LI. There is now much effort to limit our diets to all of the healthy foods including green tea and chocolate. The list is huge. Avacados, kiwi etc. They are hitting hard on oxylates. Can you give any advice on oxylates? On dietician demands we not go anywhere near green tea.

  9. Remember lead, mitochondria and iron. But, the amounts need checked some. Lead can be a energy barrier and if it's sweet enough, maybe find a growth way the limits some lead.

  13. My eating habit is low carbohydrates for 5 days a week & 1 to 2 days a week I eat a lot of fruits & some starchy vegetables like potatoes , carrots . Monday back to very low carbs almost Ketogenic eating . This way my blood glucose levels stay normal & BP is ok . Sometimes I skip the 2 days of carbs & keep almost carnivore & high fiber green salads & smoothies . Too much carbs make me too fat …..

  14. The best definition of the scientist I ever heard : By scientific research we find out how much we know nothing about & very little data that's what solves our problem.

  15. Okra is the best fiber in vegetables kingdom . It is expensive in grocery stores but I buy it in Indian & oriental ethnic grocery stores at reasonable price . I eat it 3 times a week so I don't get sensitized to Okra & get intolerance or allergic reactions to Okra . It has a lot of soluble fiber.

  16. Yes, if you can find cacao without heavy metals. I ate it happily last two years and now I have worrying levels of Pb and Arsenic in blood. And I did chose organic cacao/chocolate.
