  1. Shay in an very rural area of Nebraska we have a small batch vinegar maker George Paul Vinegar. Chefs from all over the United States want to buy his vinegar. He makes a traditional Balsamic aged vinegar going straight from juice to vinegar. I think he may be the only one in USA doing in this extreme old school way. Check him out it would be fun to hear how you think his product compare to the Italian ones.

  2. I Love this lifestyle. Simplicity always wins. I wish you had shown us how you you make the dough. 🌷

  3. Yummy, now Im craving this salad. One of my faves. My dad loved the italian ways. I love the family culture and that people dont live to work where people do here in America. There's a healthy balance there. Maybe in every country but ours. 🤔

  4. Is there a French counterpart to Bona Fortuna? I like Italian, but I love French! And I like how your son nicely lifted the cat off the table instead of a swat. So nice and cute.

  5. I love getting a peek into your family. It is always inspiring and encouraging. Thank you for sharing
