*A Little About Us*
Welcome to our channel! We are Liam and Janine, a husband and wife duo with a passion for travelling and living in a camper van. Over the years, we’ve embraced the van life, starting with vanlife in the UK with a Ford Transit camper van conversion and then upgrading to a Citroen Relay (luton) removals van campervan conversion. We absolutely love the freedom and adventure that comes with being a van life couple.
Following this we travelled to India, and now we are in a micro camper doing van life Europe

First…..😂
We've been to the same campsite in Sorrento – it was amazing! We took a boat from Sorrento to Positano and also to Capri and recommend it.
Are you still bound by Schengen rules now that Janine has dual Irish nationality? I am British but living in Netherlands with a Dutch permanent residence permit, so it’s still a bit of a grey area for the post Brexit rules. Crazy thing is I can drive, cycle or hike or get the train anywhere in mainland Schengen area and never get checked or tracked anyway! It’s only if I fly and go thru Customs that my passport will be stamped. i wonder if any other UK expats living in the EU and reading this have the same understanding?
Love this video, brings back memories. I went to Sorrento with Traveleyes. It's a company that organises holidays for blind and partially sighted people. The sighted travellers are paired up with those who cannot see, and they act as guides. It was a lot of fun. We had a coach to ferry us around so someone else did the driving. And we went on the boat to Capri. You sound as excited as I was. It is a lovely place. 🍋🍋🍋 ilona
Another great video, thank you very much, guys
Awesome vlog, as usual. Thanks you two!
Your channel is great vibes and the joy of living! Thank you 🙂
Great video. Can't wait for our holiday in Sorrento
Wow what a great campsite! Love Sorrento, and Capri is beautiful, I would always recommend going there too! Enjoy the rest of your adventures there, stay safe on those tiny roads!! ☀️🏖☕️
Don't worry – it's not that cappuccini aren't 'allowed' after 12pm, it's just that Italians don't really drink hot milky drinks after breakfast. Except thick cioccolato calda in wintertime. Sorrento and other tourist destinations are used to foreigners so won't bat an eyelid if you ask for a cappuccino at any time of day.
Lovely video 🙏
Great video. Been to Sorrento twice. The place is magic. You guys are great together!
I’m pretty sure you weren’t supposed to use the whole packet of spices/veg when you made your pasta dish, just 1 spoon per person. That could be why it was so very spicy???!🤯
I use these packets from Italy, and the instructions (in English) say to use just one spoonful per person.
I’m really loving this Italian tour 😊
Great video…mouth watering food and beautiful scenery 🎉
Bloody marvellous ❤❤❤ how wonderful looks amazing will put it on the bucket list ❤
Have been to Sorrento and the Amalfi coast and it was amazing, been one of the only places we never hired a car and went on organised coach trips instead, best decision we made, have you noticed all the bashed a dented cars? On your drone shot in the first few minutes of your video the small little harbour in front of you was one of our favourite places to sit, one day we watched a guy do a three point turn on the little jetty, unfortunately he didn’t quite make it and backed off the edge and into the sea, he escaped unhurt but the fascinating thing was watching the fire truck retrieving his car and then also having to get off the jetty, spent a few hours watching this hilarious fiasco, but no one was hurt which was the main thing 😂.
I've been to Sorrento playing spot the places I've been. I went up Versuvius, to Pompeii and Herculaneum. It's incredibly beautiful. The roads are crazy though, I'm glad I never had to drive on them.
we did costa d amalfi on a cruise ship, and I was sat facing the drop on a huge coach and now I know why our side of the coach was empty, those bends and the speeds they drive eekk
Wow what big lemons .that's not just the censored bit .how good Jeanne looking. Can't keep how much food you eat.
Amazing! I would love the kayak trip!! Are all the things you eat vegan? I’m surprised at how much you find! 💚🌱
We went to sorrento for our honeymoon 10 years ago this year. Such a beautiful place. Thanks for sharing this vlog 👍💚🌱🌞
You don’t need to come back, go to Turkey and go see Cappadocia, you will love it and the Turkish people are so so nice! Spend 3months then come back into Europe 🙌🏼
What a beautiful place and with all that fabulous food. Love their civilised attitude to dining, coffee custom, and dress code. I share your love of ceramics Janine – I bought some beautiful pieces when I was in Tuscany. How did you manage to resist? I would have failed miserably – even given the lack of space. Travel safe 😊
Italy is beautiful. I'm currently staying in North Italy and here, the whole 'no cappuchino after the morning' is bullshit. Even locals have said they order cappuchinos at like 8pm!
We stayed at that campsite in a hired campervan travelling from Australia.
You didn’t show the scary driveway to get in.
Still a fantastic campground though and such a lovely walk to the town.
Unfortunately, we were there in September and the weather decided to turn – we spent much of our time hiding out in our van from the pouring rain and the boat trip we had splurged on to Capri and the Amalfi coast was cancelled.
I wonder if we will ever get back there?
Oh my god what a beautiful place. I,m so enjoying seeing all of the places, beings I've never stepped out of the u.k. I even let my nearly 6 year old granddaughter watch your last video on how to make pasta as it's one of her favourite foods🥰
"Fare la bella figura" = to make a beautiful figure, meaning a good impression. "La passeggiata", not passeggiato, as it's a feminine word from the verb "passeggiare", to walk. 🤔 Gotta use that Rosetta Stone sponsorship, mate! 🙃🙃🍋 the " big lemons" are called cedri; very fragrant, and mostly used for marmalades and candied desserts.
If you like prosecco (careful, it's often not vegan depending on where it was produced!) you will LOVE a refreshing bellini: two parts prosecco, one part chilled peach purée. Yummmm! 🍾 🍑
I love Sorrento and the entire coast indeed, even if it's very touristy. ❤ Why don't you guys hop to Albania and Croatia since you have to leave the Schengen? Both countries are spectacular, safe, have amazing food, natural wonders and culture… and it's camper friendly! The vanlifers Curt and Snow are in the area, it would be nice to make a collab, they're so lovely as well! 🤔 ❤🚗 🚐
You two are certainly having the time of your lives. I love Sorrento, it’s in my top 3 favourite places. Has the lucky new owner of Morgan been announced yet? I don’t remember seeing anything?
Janines face when Liam takes the last bit of cake 😂😂😂
Love your vlogs! ❤
… the joy on your faces is heartwarming 😊
Wow the kayaking at the end had my palms sweating hahaha
❤❤❤❤
Have you seen they are repairing the bridge at Bakewell where you put a lock on
When your told not to do something.. its hard not to.
A cast iron griddle pan also known as the Dutch oven is ever so handy for micro camping because of high-quality three layer enamel coating that distributes and retains heat evenly and suitable for use on all stovetops.
