Would love to know what time of year you filmed this in and what the temperatures were like in Sicilia. We get reports that in some places it might be in the 40's and wondering if you experienced these temps while you were there. We are keen to spend a few weeks travelling in Sicilia and staying in various places via AirBnB. Love the quality of your content. You could embark on a food and history channel and gain 1 million followers in my opinion, you have all the technical chops to achieve that goal.
I love that first property, but I think I'd do some rearranging of living and bedroom spaces.
That noble property would make a great boutique hotel with outrageous rates. 😂😅😂😅

Love Siracusa – Syracuse in English – been there a few times. The food is exquisite. The second property is very special and potentially stunning but it requires at least the purchase price again to be spent on it to bring it to the highest standard. I love to visit Sicily but having thought about it would prefer to live on mainland Italy, connected to the rest of Europe.
Highly doubt that place will be renovated in two years time.
You’ve given the best advice about Sicily: Don’t ever visit, unless you’re prepared to spend the rest of your years wanting to return!
I hope you plan to post more videos house hunting elsewhere on the island!

aiya, looks like you have the kind of spot on the camera sensor that i have. the one that has been ruining my photos is a larger fuzzy blob. so sad, the camera has been great until this spot appeared about a year ago. it's not on the outside surface of the lens. so i have assumed it is not repairable.

Whilst in Sicily, you should come on up to Mussomeli. It's very vibrant and amazing houses on the market as well as extraordinary food. It's also the festival season so….
