This week we chatted with Giulia and Esmeralda, owners behind this friendly casual Italian restaurant.
‘We are great complement. Julia dominates the floor and I’m in the kitchen trying everything coming out. And that is as well our difference, we are always there in the restaurant, with the customers.’
The duo also places great emphasis on their workers’ wellbeing, making sure they are paid fairly and working in a positive environment where they are treated as valuable members.
On their best selling menu also includes Squid Ink Fettuccine.
