I LOVE the main property – it's absolutely perfect IMO. Great location, spectacular views, massive HHT (it was definitely worth that salute) – what more could anyone want??! Though, it wouldn't be good for me, as I would never get anything done with those views – ha! 🤣The alfresco dining for the Jamie Wife looked great too – was that Arnie I heard? 😂I also loved the Rain Song – perfetto. These are great prices in Lazio. a+++. Since Rome is in Lazio it is one of the richer provinces (of the 20) in Italy. 🇮🇹. Better healthcare things like that. Love love love. 💕

Thanks as always for highlighting another beautiful part of Italy! I'm surprised at how moderate the temps were there since it is not that far from Rome which can get VERY hot! I almost bought a house in Piedmont this week, but the inspection brought up some issues alas! The dream lives on!
Wow, the lake house is so beautiful. I’m close to retirement, so I think that requires a cash purchase. I’ve heard Italy and France don’t do loans much to foreigners (especially older people). Is that your understanding??

Can you tell me why a lot of lakes that I see in Italy don’t have homes built around them?
My husband loved the 1st house,but I really don't want to spend that much for a 2nd home. Love your program wish I could be on when you are on Fridays , but 6 pm in NC is 3pm WA??😢❤
