Recipe:
2.5 Cups of Semolina Flour (or bread flour)
Four Whole Eggs
Pinch of Salt
Olive Oil
Pour your flour onto a flat surface, add your pinch of salt, and make a well in the middle.
Crack your eggs in the well, whisk them together and slowly incorporate your flour to the eggs.
Rub some olive oil on your hands and begin kneading your dough until smooth, about five minutes.
Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit for thirty minutes.
Dust your work surface is flour, and roll out your dough.
Once to your desired thickness, roll the pasta over itself and cut it into the shape you want.
Salt some boiling water and add your pasta.
Cook for 2-3 minutes depending on your taste.
