focaccia ingredients:
* 500g flour
* 420ml water
* 5g yeast
* 15g olive oil
* 5g syrup

Steps: whisk together the water, yeast, olive oil and syrup. Combine the flour and mix thoroughly. Cover and rest for 10 mins. Stretch and fold. Cover and rest for 10 mins. Stretch and fold. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight. The following day, prep the pan by placing in some baking paper. Place the dough in the baking lined tray. Fold like a burrito (smooth side up), cover and proof for 2 hours. Uncover, stretch and dimple. Drizzle on some oil. Place on your toppings. Place in the oven 230c for 25 mins on the lowest tray in the oven. Enjoy!!

Dessert: tiramisu:
* 260g silken tofu
* 300g cream cheese
* 200g soy yogurt
* 100g maple syrup
* Lemon juice
* Pinch of salt
* Vegan biscuit
* Coffee
* Cacao powder

Pasta dough for two (once combined, set in the fridge for atleast 2 hours):
240g 00 flour
140ml water
1 tbsp oil
Salt
