The Fenocchio Langhe Nebbiolo is sourced from vines that are on average 15 years old and growing in the Monteforte d’Alba region of Piemonte. Traditional vinification techniques are adopted and the wine is aged for six months in stainless steel tanks followed by six months in large Slavonian oak casks.
