all right chef Mike is stopped by tonight from manzo’s Italian deli we’re going to make some carbonara it’s Saturday night he’s already chopped up the gual we’re going to let that cook up for about 15 minutes we got the water boiling and we got some beautiful fresh pasta ready to go in right we’re going to do a dozen egg yolks right we got a dozen egg yolks and goes to peino Romano look at that second package now we’re going in with a third package look at that all right nice whipping it up we got a lot of fresh ground pepper in there a little more pasta water goes in this right this is looking beautiful pasta right into the Guan chal oh yeah oh Mike and with the pasta water and with the egg yolks and the peino it is ready salute from I love Italian
