let’s make this one pan zucchini parmesan yo this is a perfect side dish a little bit of olive oil in the pan now we’re going to add in the shallots once the shouts turn nice and translucent we’re going to add some chopped garlic a little bit of red chili and a half a teaspoon of Italian seasoning after about 30 seconds once you begin to smell that garlic we’re going to add some Chardonnay once that wine is reduced by half we’re going to add one cup of heavy cream a half a cup of Parmesan cheese and then like a handful of some mozzarella now we’re going to give this a stir until the cheese is melted into the sauce we’re going to season with a little bit of salt salt and black pepper then we’re going to go ahead and lay in our zucchinis top with some more mozzarella cheese then a little bit of fresh basil and parsley now we’re going to bake this in the oven on 400 for about 25 minutes and there it is it looks delicious as always the written recipe is on my website
