also looking for a home in Italy that has a view like this woo okay babe are you ready ready are you ready let’s get into it we have three homes for you tonight in Todi the main one is €60,000 172,000 US furnished furnished furnished furnished furnished three bedroom three bath almost 1,500 square feet mhm 237 Square feet happy hour Tower AKA Terrace AKA you’ll see it Courtyard like an inter internal Courtyard my favorite how do you get to this wonderful property the airport Perugia airport is about 38 minutes away or 29 miles buses I mean if you want to take a bus you have tons of options in this town I can’t even count them and tell me about this babe there are two free buses that they just started offering in town which is a nice to have that’s right there are tons of train stations in the area and right here is the property check this out we’re talking 7 minutes from this property to the closest train station yes please yep 1.7 miles MHM this is something interesting too to get to the center of town the historic Center they’ve added these incline elevators that look like this there’s some online too but it’s something else that’s nice so you don’t have to take all the steps up or the deal with the elevation that’s right so it’s definitely a that works another nice to have let’s do it we are about to get to the main property but before we do a couple quick need to nose the hospital 18 minutes away that’s pretty good there is also urgent care in town there are several doctors in the area that the show is about nine that’s right and then there are 10 teeth in town 10 tooth in town how many teeth are in your mouth babe is it 32 32 teeth in your mouth almost a third of a smile here yeah so if you have 10 teeth in your mouth um you can go to a dentist for each tooth be kind of weird but I like it if you need some medication there are two pharmacies in town and for our little chickens Zoe and Maui there are two veterinarians in town Yep they’re not really chickens they’re dogs but we call them chickens yep before we wander through this beautiful town we have to thank our Channel supporters Peter C Robin Tracy thank you guys for the coffees you pay my toll pay your toll look at that view and look at these trees I’m in check this out pretty look at the benches I’d be there a lot for sure love the tree lined streets look at this little cafe with seating coffee wine look how gorgeous the street is I love the pavers on the street look at the steps over here it’s kind of like I guess it’s Rocky one he goes up there that’s right Stone buildings pretty yeah trees in town a little bit I mean this is gorgeous it is it’s so beautiful and look at the community theater that doesn’t look anything like a community theater in the states it’s spectacular that’s right and what’s this coming up here babe oh this is the Piazza del Popolo okay which is the people’s Piazza which you told me this built in 300 BC right around there yep it was the core of the town when they were putting the walls up so cool look how beautiful though yeah look at that view out there these Stone buildings and it’s so nicely maintained look at that Single Tree I love it I know right you know this is parking with a view nicest spot I’ve ever seen the prettiest parking lot ever that’s right and then here’s the statue of uh St Biaggio I think uh overlooking Jimi’s Watchtower a Jimi’s watch tower this looks beautiful oh yeah you’ve made it we are here at the main property as a reminder we have two one minute wanders coming at the end of the video okay look at this there is your own private internal Courtyard you know that’s my favorite this is beautiful okay let’s walk through the front door right here and this is what you see what do you think babe woo not only are these ceilings gorgeous and the ceilings we love they’re high ceilings which is another really nice to have some something that I would love to have in a home in Italy that’s right and I also see check this out a little bar what does that bar look like babe a little wet bar standing at the bar I have guests or family I’m playing tennis I’m pouring wine I’m washing my hands you know we got some kids toys there but anyway this is very cool to have here’s another look at this living area oh those ceilings and Floors it’s a really nice size space I love the stone as well you can see the little stone accents all around that’s right you can see right there is the front door that we came in yep um on the left over there I think it was a fireplace before but they close it off they have shelves in there it’s very cool and check this out that’s a great shot what do you see babe it is I see a little storage room next to the wet bar that’s right what will we do there I would say wine cellar oh yeah absolutely and look at the stone even on that corner there there’s so much character on this property it’s gorgeous it is okay here we go we’re going to go up the stairs and we’re going to go to the next level and we’re going to go through the door right here into this space look at this this is gorgeous it is another living area it’s so nice again with the floors even the stairs the ceilings gorgeous beautiful so now you’re standing in this second living space obviously the ceilings are calling my name okay and you see the kitchen down here okay look at this there is a fireplace in between the kitchen and the living room and I think it’s gorgeous I know it was probably the original oven that’s right yep okay standing in the kitchen looking you can see the depth of this space obviously the ceilings I see a dishwasher I see beautiful floors I love this oven yeah I knew you would this one has everything you need on this level is a bedroom and a bathroom you go up a few steps and this is what you see I mean that’s a good space look on the left over here they have a full bed and a bunk bed in there yep and a skylight right Skylight love a skylight and then they have a bathroom that you can use obviously from this bedroom and from that main space as well yep it’s good for guests that’s right so nice nice getting a closer look at that bathroom shower toilet sink and of course a cute bidet it’s a nice size space it’s good yeah cute floors too look Yep and what else do I see something fun I see scope is it uh it’s like mouthwash maybe maybe it’s soap you know before you put that in your mouth double check so let’s go up to the next level up the stairs here let’s take a right into this bedroom okay that looks light and bright and Airy to me it does with a couple of Windows a little sitting area up top it’s a good size space one thing to mention too the link to the listing is in the description below and there’s also a video that accompanies the pictures so you can check that out as well where you do a little tour of the home for sure there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on this level and they both have ensuite this is the ensuite for the bathroom that we just saw this is beautiful so let’s go down the hall and go into the third bedroom again nice floors light and bright pretty sconces on the wall love that okay oooo what’s going on there this is interesting okay we have a big window and I’m going to tell you right now that goes to a happy hour tower that you’re about to see and you go up those steps right there into the third bathroom room Y and that looks new fresh and clean to me I feel comfortable in there I like it it absolutely does with another cute bidet this is what we’ve all been waiting for the happy hour Tower you go down this hallway out this door and this is it what do we see here babe we see the door that we came out to get onto this beautiful Terrace the windows from the bedroom and on the other side that little window is from the the bathroom that we just saw yeah and below it water outside which is so great yeah hot and cold water by the way and so why would you have it out there because you have it’s kind of an outdoor kitchen I see a refrigerator there yep and I see a stove to cook I think I spent a lot of time out here what do you think oh absolutely and it’s nice because you have a covering and they have an additional awning which is so great so you’re protected from the elements mm love the stone okay okay um could I sit at this table right here drink some wine oh kiss my wife I’ll take one you know live my life cook some food the wood on the ceiling actually looks new fresh and clean I mean I’m very happy about this place this one is actually taking some boxes for me I know it’s excited great and then look at the size of the space you could do a little sunbathing out there but you can see the awning open yeah it covers a lot of that area which is great that’s great and then there’s a nice shot of the stone and from there you see the view of the the helicopter view of your courtyard which leads to us looking at a view that looks like heaven yep it’s gorgeous it’s that classic Italian view that we like where you see the rooftops I mean come on tell me year in Italy yeah look at this it’s gorgeous rooftops Valley mountains we’re in stunning before we get into the second property we’re going to knock out some more need to knows a you’re just cute I love you I look over she’s cute a I love you too dude um and now I lost my train of thought grocery stores there are a lot in town don’t start doing that there are tons of grocery stores in town and restaurants there’s one or two restaurants within a 5 mile radius you have tons of restaurants I’m very excited about this I want to try them all yep when I see outdoor dining I have to say al fresco dining for the Jaimewife and this one Takes the Cake it’s gorgeous what do they serve there babe look at all of these dishes it looks Italian it looks really good but a couple of those and maybe the presentation it could be Chinese food fast food Chinese because it looks like the menu and you walk restaurant I see Low mein I see crab Rangoon and I see uh Chow Fun you’re going to offend people no it’s that that’s not Chow fun that is um egg fu young oh my gosh no I see tomatoes and and Ms so that’s it looks amazing and one more restaurant in town that I had to share because it’s the ceilings the ceilings in Piedmont right yeah it really does it really does and then outdoor dining again with a stunning view there’s the walking up to the restaurant and then dessert with the view dessert with a view all of this right here feels like it’s a memory in my life so I think that’s a sign babe and there are multiple bars in town a lot of those restaurants also have bars so keep that in mind that’s right would you like to elevate your drinking with wandering with wine by the way oh yeah uh this is one of my favorite coffee mugs of all time you can buy it on our store if you are so inclined let’s Elevate our drinking what do we have let’s do this okay I mean there’s a few wineries in the area just a few a few hundred maybe a few dozen yes I love it there are tons so there are a few pretty close to town the furthest one from town is about 16 minutes away looks like this that’s elevated d uh dining drinking drinking dining drinking yeah and browsing look at the pups how could I not share this picture okay I read about this hold on I read about this so if you buy a case of wine you get a puppy so how many I’m going online right now yeah how many cases are you buying a lot look how many give me a number 10 10 puppies in the house of wandering with wine Zoe and Maui actually we’re going to get 10 PU for Zoe and Maui it’s like House of the Dragons House of the Dragons House Of The House of the puppies and this is the other winery that’s close to the town look at them working the vines love it and you can see the town in the distance I thought it was a great shot yeah we drink wine here and then we’re sipping we’re sipping we’re sipping and we look up say there’s my house I mean come on the Italian dream short of meeting all of you in person the next best thing is to interact with you guys and see these comments and here are two that we thought were pretty cool okay Tina my husband and I love love love to watch you two love birds yes that’s three loves in one sentence I love you for that four with love birds too if you include that what did I say three four four loves the properties are amazing and my husband gives me a kiss every time Jaimewife gets one okay ready Tina and Tina’s husband this is for you ready look at me ready [Laughter] I about bakeries there are multiple bakeries in the area and all of you know that I met my wife in a bakery she didn’t work there but she was there I saw her I bought her coffee okay we met at one of your shows that’s right that’s how it happened okay is a musician you are a musician but in his I married my groupie one of my groupies 19 yes you were okay anyway uh let’s check this one out and this is in the Piazza and it’s got gelato which I don’t think that’s gelato what I think it’s soft serve ice cream is that is that vanilla or chocolate or swirl sacrilegious say that and then they have pizza and sandwiches and pastry that’s what we’re talking about we could look up the restaurants and bars but yeah all of these places have tons of food so you have to keep that in mind and the best part yeah you can sit outside al fresco dining for the Jaimewife with a powdered donut filled with jelly I don’t like the jelly I don’t either but I saw it in the picture before where is it where is it jelly there it that has Boston cream in it or custard yeah custard I like those I’m not a jelly donut fan so al fresco dining with the Jaimewife sorry I was thinking what I was going to say my eyes are dry sorry there are five butchers in the area and one directly in town yeah so you can walk get some meat I like that and we have our first one minute wonder wonder wonder wonder check this one out out this is such a unique property it is 89,000 euros about 95,000 US almost, 1300 Square feet a three bedroom three bath and it’s just it’s kind of quirky fun I love it it’s a good one for this money it’s big for this price this is a unique property and I have a unique wife and I want to say this too this almost became I say 3 or 4 weeks ago it almost became our main property it was so good it just doesn’t have any outdoor space so we we can’t do it but man this is a special treat for you guys let’s check it out and again this one is in Todi not in the outskirts it’s in town so here we go I mean you can already see how it’s kind of fun with the doors painted and look at that fireplace the mantle I mean I see cool doors I see cool ceilings yep I mean oh that salute water with wine look at those ceilings that looks like don’t those are the pedmont ceilings too and you have a view you definitely have views you just don’t have a place outside look at that front I mean that’s babe I mean seriously seriously look at this unbelievable how much was this 89,000 euros about $95,500 US so again with your review you get a little bit of that classic view but look at these ceilings could I live there for 89,000 yes I could right okay look at this it’s just a fun space it’s a little unique and different it’s special yeah it is look at this it’s oh gosh it’s striking a cord in my soul okay let’s retire into that room babe I know it’s so I seriously love it okay it’s just it has so much character this is probably one of the most unique ones far as it covers all the bases for character I mean it’s got brick it’s got Stone it’s got ceilings it’s got beams it’s got floors it’s got everything you would want it’s so it really how many how many bedrooms how many bathrooms it’s 3 three okay and if you like the paint and ceilings it also has this over here and look at those floors yeah which I understand why they paint the ceilings it makes it feel lighter and brighter again though pretty view that’s a postcard pretty view I know you know I like this one babe yeah I do too again with the the beans look look at those walls it’s gorgeous to be in Todi for 89,000 you know and I like okay I’m going to clock in and kiss my wife I’ll clock out I’ll kiss my wife I know it’s so it’s a unique feature they don’t explain what it is in the listing but beam yeah look at that beam and look at the trim they did some updated wood around the windows yeah I saw an on Suite there as well yep yep I mean the 33 three bathrooms for that price place this place feels very special it’s outstanding it’s gorgeous and it’s so different it’s just a different it’s quirky fun look at the stairs over there okay look at that bathroom I’m you know I’m very happy here this one makes me happy I like the distress look they have going on in different places and they did look they did wood yeah in the shower it’s completely renovated it’s really it kind of has a rustic feel but it’s also like new fresh and clean it’s a nice balance you know and then another bathroom look at those ceilings again and the floors I don’t know it’s got a lot of good stuff going on I mean what can you get for 89,000 in the $95,000 nothing like this look at that that’s a big that’s a big space if the electric is off oh no there’s a light but obviously you could use a little more lighting they tried to brighten it with the white paint but you could do some more in here yeah but another bathroom okay could you make this work yeah for that money this is a character in town character Masterpiece at the floor plan you can see how big it is definitely cool it’s really nice to have a train so close and have access to a lot of things in Umbria it’s just it’s a special one it’s different it may not be for everybody but we like yeah last week I said oh this is my favorite woman W this might be my favorite one minute wander yeah we have one more one minute wander coming up wonder it is adjacent to the 300 BC Piazza Piazza called what Piazza del Popolo that’s right the people’s Piazza I mean you are in it you are there okay and it’s nice okay let’s get to some fun stuff give me my clapping time for some fun stuff skiing an hour and a half away what does it look like babe okay that’s that’s a new fresh and clean does the dog ski I mean that’s why this picture is because the dog yeah if you fall when you’re getting off the lift the dog pulls you aside he grabs you and pulls you that’s a cute pop cutie this is from their webcam so obviously it’s summer but look at the views yeah stunning I mean I’m in hiking about 20 minutes away bike path about 40ish minutes away okay we have golf courses and I think that they might look beautiful what do they look like they look like this and they’re only only 30 minutes away that that grass looks like it is in amazing condition right and all right all right tell me you’re golfing in Italy and you have found heaven oh yeah by looking at this picture look at that I’m in will you go with me here I will okay I’ll at least Drive the card around where’s the beach the beach is an hour and 45 minutes way not too bad right and then beaches because they’re on the lake just about an hour away and looks like this that is cute right sand there some rocks there I’m in pretty water let’s do this little different mhm fishing for Rob and Tracy about 37 minutes away there you go here are some new fun things to do what do you think babe some culture for you all this week okay there are about four museums in town and then this is crazy there are a ton of art calories and then you know we were doing the wander through town the community theater you can see it’s right next to the Piazza as we saw MHM there it is it’s gorgeous and then look inside all right it’s so this is pretty Co it’s sort of like the Muppets right there the Muppets what are those guys guys oh what are their names in the balcony what are you doing now give me something give me something gruff gruff gruff I don’t know what it is wandering with wine and then about 7 minutes away from the town There’s a water park I call it an activity center because there’s tennis courts there’s a track you can see the slide the pool there’s a lot of stuff going on here it’s fun honey man yes talk Italy to me Lui e di Milano he is from Milan are you Lui e di Milano you’re actually Napoli Naples Lui e di Napoli okay ready from Milan you ready 1 2 3 Lui e di Milano welcome to the third one minute wander so we have a two bedroom two bath 110 square meters about 1200 Square feet €130,000 about $140,000 US and this is the one that is in well adjacent to the Piazza I see fireplace I see wood floors Yep this looks new fresh and clean what do you see there I know a nice size kitchen great ceilings the wood floors are carried throughout those are high ceilings huge ceilings is that a loft in the master or what that yeah so that’s the primary bedroom and then you go upstairs to The Loft area and then the kitchen you can see with a little dining table look at those beams though those ceilings that fireplace it’s a stone fireplace I see a giant TV and I would be watching cocoon 2 no there is no Cocoon 2 I was going to say was there no um a nice window in the kitchen again but look at all that cabinet space the orange tile a little funky but it works that’s a nice bathroom and I see a very modern bathroom love the black floors obviously um we just renovated our bathroom here and we put black floors in that’s right uh but there’s the other bedroom again with these high ceilings it’s so great yeah and just remember you’re right in the middle of everything you’re in the piazza right there walk out and there you are 300 BC yep it’s in this apartment is in a historic building built in 1800 but you are so close to the Piazza it’s amazing there’s the another bathroom two bathrooms yep with a shower no bidet carino but that’s okay you have a natural light you have a window in there that’s right again you can see those wood floors I mean could you see yourself living here I could that bathroom it’s nice bathrooms y you have to have nice bathrooms don’t you we do that’s kind of we’ like nice bathrooms you get we don’t need modern stuff bathrooms kitchen fine but uh the rest of it we want that character the charm that’s right all that good stuff if I have to pee on a tree I’ll pee on a tree but you know otherwise if I’m in a house I want to have a nice bathroom I was going to say we’re in a house you’re not peeing on a tree okay this town has everything you could possibly need hardware stores there’s tons also home decor carpet stores everything clothing stores tons in the area yep hair salons get your hair get your hair did okay what else do they have gyms there are two in the area closest one is 8 minutes away perfect schools you know learn something yep there’s a language school too which is nice perfect auto repair shops you know you got an issue with your vehicle you’re taken care of yep gas stations multiple in the area you have an electric vehicle charger up yeah there’s a ton right mhm lots of Banks and I was waiting for it there we go okay post office here we go in the area something back to your family say how good your life is love it MH and then there are so many churches I don’t think I have seen this many churches in any of the towns that we have featured yet that’s right there may be more churches here than there are in Rome I don’t know about that but look at how gorgeous this one is woo beautiful here we go let’s talk about temps baby how hot we can be Jaimewife is talking about temperature yes I am and let’s take a look okay the average high in the hottest month is 75° which is what for our Celsius people looks to be around 23° Jaime looks to be okay I got it in there you didn’t nice that’s nice okay the average low in the coldest month is 40° which is what around 4° for our Celsius people that’s really nice you know what does your hair think about the humidity let’s look at this humidity chart yes Jaime loves too we need a round of applause for the humidity chart Golf Club okay um yeah this is good liking it my hair loves it mhm let’s do this mobile and internet for Horizon 5G of course with a little bit of 4G thrown in there Tim’s got some 5G nice work bro yep mhm Wind Tre 5G 4G plus 4G they pretty much won for the area this week Iliad also has 5G and others very good and what do you have babe Vodafone Vodafone how they doing not shabby 5G 4G plus 4G and starlink is available all throughout Italy does Amazon on deliver exom suzu my go okay you find some good ones babe they do one to 4 days delivery for something that looks like a bracket for a shelf it’s for your closet to separate your clothes so you can keep things organized kind of cool you want to open you want to open a gap in your closet for yourself and you can see everything look how it does have that retail store Vibe Gap folds things in an interesting way and you can do this in your closet at 1 to 4 days delivery here is the property information one more time for all of our besties
