    Been in the industry 12 years and never once thought about putting cocktail glasses in the fridge.. I admit I've never worked a cocktail bar like this but still.. that's a genius idea.

    The best part of this is that I don’t know what like 90% of the stuff he’s grabbing is. Like for all I know he could be pouring bleach and antifreeze into these drinks but damn is it interesting watching a master of his trade working

    See how much work and detail goes into each cocktail? Outside of a gin and tonic or whiskey neat, it goes far beyond simply pouring liquid into a glass. So please, people, if you have to wait a bit for your drinks (especially when the bar is crowded) that mostly means that the bartender takes pride in what they do and wants to give you their best.
