all right gate de patate a decadent Italian classic we’re boiling about 2 lb of potatoes right now we got a big baking dish all buttered up and ready all right in a mixing bowl couple of eggs butter chopped parsley about a pound of diced peruto pound of shredded mozzarella about a half a pound grated Parmesan right while the potatoes are still cooking let’s start mixing a little bit not forget the wine a valella raposo to wash down the gateau goodness a shout out to my banker Helen for this wonderful recipe you whipped it up really good now right into the baking dish crumbs on top in the oven 375 about 40 minutes okay decadent but delicious oh
