The Classic Northern Italian ‘peasant’ dish is Polenta- and we make it Milanese style tonight with chopped Baby Bella mushrooms and lots of grated Parm cheese 👌
Paired with a nice chilled white Pinot Grigio wine to wash it down- the whole crew is happy 😃
Enjoy life & salute from iloveitalian ❤️
