of the Historical Center it has a couple of balconies it’s close to all the amenities of town like your doctor your Pharmacy your mini market your bakery your cafes the price of this home has been reduced initially it was € 48,000 but now is €40,000 so for those of you that have been keeping an eye out on this home this may be the right opportunity for you to watch the video again and consider alfera in mes we’re going to be looking at a twoe house with balconies a Terrace and gorgeous gorgeous views we really hope that you enjoyed this video and please let us know what you think about this house in the comment section cordal Fiera is located in the lower molis and it has a population of around 950 people this town has been inhabited since at least the 10th or 11th centuries the Gela lake or Lago Deion is actually a man-made damp built in the 60s and 70s to provide water to Guardia Fiera and other surrounding towns in the lake you can see the remnants of an ancient Bridge which is said to have been crossed by Hannibal during the Punic Wars between Rome and Carthage [Music] cordal Fiera is quite popular with Foreigners for its size it has a good population of experts particularly from the US Argentina Australia and Germany the town is small and very well-kept you can spend hours wandering around the beautiful Historical Center with its cobblestone streets Stone houses or you can just visit the lookout and admire the beautiful Greenery surrounding the town and the lake [Music] for further information including our finder fee for this property please contact us via our website so you guys we are located in the Historical Center of guardal Fiera the main street or one of the main streets is right over there and you’ll be super close to seeing the lake from here I’ll just zoom in a little bit and then you have the lake right there so one of the ways to come to this home is through these stairs which are very comfy and beautiful where are you from okay so I stopped the video just for a second because there was a young couple living their house now the house that we’re going to be looking at is this one here so you actually have two entrances one over here and one over there and that entrance will take you to the second floor however this connects through the inside and then we have one balcony here on one of the bedrooms and then another balcony facing the back we have been told that the roof is in good condition this house is indeed um in need of some renovation but the bones are very good you don’t really see any humidity or any um odd smell even though the house hasn’t been Lifting for quite a while no [Music] no people are so helpful she was just asking me do you need anyone are you waiting for someone she wanted to help at some point the kitchen will have been here and then you have this as the dining area upstairs we can access through here and then the Cantina or seller down there which will be very very interesting for us to check we have actually a working fireplace and an oven which is be beautiful inside just move this out of the way have a look at that and on the screen in a minute we will put um a picture of what it would look like if you use this as a feature and not as an oven [Music] okay if we keep going through here we come to another room that probably will become your living area your living room or a TV area [Music] you may want to change the doors as well to double glazed or even triple glazed but at the moment they do the job and then you come through here and have this amazing view from the back balcony think the balcon is wide enough for a couple of stools and one of those hanging um tables don’t know if you have seen them but they’re very popular here in Italy Gotti p p push mush mush and then we have a Terrace down there and you can access the Terrace through that stet and please forgive the noise they’re doing some Renovations on one of the houses um up the road once we believe that once that SC folding is gone you could bring your car around and access that through here so we’ll check that out shortly but before let’s go upstairs first [Music] [Music] [Music] okay the stairs were super comfortable and we make it when we make it to the top we have a couple of bedrooms let’s check this one out first it will be the main bedroom most likely now the plaster is peeling so it will need to be replaced is not water damaged or anything like that it’s just time time to replace um the sheath of um plaster very nice size eyes and it actually feels the temperature feels very comfortable here inside right now is about 13° and as I mentioned before it is winter we’re coming to the end of winter now and how about this view so we have a balcony here on the first floor as well overlooking the back of the house and the gorgeous gorgeous mountain of guardal now this is more like a Juliet Balcony just little one if you enjoy our content please consider supporting us on bedroom the bedrooms here have a really nice size [Music] and we have a balcony here facing the front of the house so at the beginning of the video I said hello to you guys from down there again you may want to change these doors to something that is more energy efficient but in saying that it’s doing the job as of now unfortunately this is a little bit hard to open this system right now and we couldn’t um go out to the balcony but you’ve seen what this street looks like from the beginning of the video so I hope that that is enough and then over here we have our attic it’s not uncommon that in the older houses that haven’t been renovated the toilets were placed in between places so this is the case here we have a toilet in the Attic we have a little opening there so at some point it would have been a window all the way down there and we have some stairs that take us through an artic area that is just high enough for storage and you can see the condition of the roof from here okay now let’s turn around and let’s go to the Cantina and let’s check out the Terrace if you’re still watching this video it seems to me that you’re pretty serious about purchasing a home in Italy if toilet there so at least we know that there’s Plumbing throughout the house just needs to be reconfigured the stairs here a bit funky pretty deep okay we were told by the agent that this area used to be the staes so they used to have the animals here oo the height of this room is great so it’s like a second Cana here deep stairs [Music] so at some point I would have used those tubes to hang the sausages and salami too dry [Music] [Music] uh these stairs are nice romanella huh romanella romanella it’s beautiful too look it’s in good condition awesome gate and these this type of of structure it looks nice when it’s cleaned up as well I like the style of that okay honey you were saying oh maybe it’s a little bit noisy here to talk yeah maybe a bit maybe just put music over this segment do you see the cat sleeping there yeah I know in that other house is the is the other one the yeah smaller one that one there that’s the back there yeah so that not not the finished one indented so we were saying that you could put um here the the pH here yeah R here and then also you probably have the same one you put along along here and then and then a then a creeper to give um privacy then you can change this to tiles yes you can do so much with this I was saying to Amilia we could park the land driver here but she says no no because you can use this space but it’s back there summer yeah it will be so nice here okay very very nice teras you guys lots of potential yes and what we were saying for is to put a railing Ferro through here and then down and then along there where you have the green fence at the [Music] moment especially Australians Australians okay so what do you think about this home we spoke with the state agent and they think that in the area on average about it will cost about 800 per square meter to um renovate a place and of course that is if you if you give everything to to a company or a builder to do but if you’re handy you could probably do the the tiling you could probably do the kitchen if you needed to save some money or if you’re happy to give it to someone just give them this key and get them to renovate your house for you okay you guys this is the back of the property that’s the house that’s been renovated which is great of course for you cuz then your neighbors are going to have a beautiful house which will only help for the value of your house oh I’m so glad I came around look at that look at that wall which is part of your house and then we have our main bedroom there our kitchen floor here and then the conance over there thank you
