  1. Eggplant parm is one of the greatest dishes ever created 👌
    There are many variations, like use provolone instead of mozzarella, light sauce or heavy sauce, add ricotta, super thin with many layers or thicker- but regardless of your ‘hack’ it’s an amazing dish ❤️
