let’s make some fresh pasta with the white socks to celebrate Italian Heritage night at the Ballpark I feel like if I didn’t do that right I I automatically am no longer Itali I teamed up with Nikki Lopez and Dominic Leon because I heard these guys know a thing or two about making fresh pasta and they did not disappoint I’m not going to be in The Dugout tonight I’m going to be just making pasta that’s what I’m saying just up here just whisking whisking eggs once we got the dough made I got on the next flight home and got back to my studio to roll out this pasta after I got it rolled out I got it cut and then it was time to bring it all together to a delicious dish when we were making the pasta at the stadium both Nikki and Dominic agreed it only made sense to somehow incorporate some jardinera so I first brazed off some pork shoulder and then I reduced down the liquid to use as the base of the sauce I got the pork shredded and in the pan and then I threw in a couple Hefty spoonfuls of some hot jardinera and this was smelling amazing I got the pasta plated up topped it off with a little parmesan cheese and this was incredible I’m definitely going to owe Nikki and Dominic a plate next time I see them

  2. Can you do a series where you divide the yolk number by two every day and make pasta from that like 1k to 500 to 250 to 125 and so on

  3. Dude! You gotta collaborate with @dannylovespasta he makes pasta and has a cookbook with step-by-step pictures and most importantly he makes ravioli also you and Danny have something in common which is pasta
