that’s awesome thank you so we are in St Louis for a Guns and Roses concert here’s what happened and it’s crazy so we actually get on the plane we’re on Southwest and we find out that the Guns and Roses concert has been cancelled so it’s my Uncle Tony you guys have seen him before you own clean packed Foods I worked for him when I was younger Scott the farmer uh best friend from here locally just a hobby Farm otherwise owns Maple Metal Products they do a great job with wall plates actually and electrical boxes all stainless steel kind of stuff that’s his thing Miller Light that’s what he likes PS do they have PS I don’t know I don’t know no p no not surprising Derek Frost I played with him at Northern Iowa he was actually a punter in the NFL for four different teams ended up with the Green Bay Packers at the end of his season or end of his career so we were all planning on going to this concert we get out here and there’s no concert but Hollywood Casino and St Louis took care of us we had an awesome time and met a lot of cool people and um they suggested we go to this restaurant Here Charlie gidos it was a lot of fun we ended up eating here for a couple nights dereck’s always a riot to be around had a lot of fun let me know what you think of this dinner and review is coming we ordered toasted ravioli the calamari the eggplant yep the signature shrimp and the meatballs I’m excited for the meatballs and we got some really really good wine coming so excited about this all right it’s looking good thank you the shrimps thank you looks pretty good guys mind if IA fresh szer go for it y parmesan and the eggplant all right go trim you can’t there we are thank you really world famous meatballs they really are we’re trying so they said the toasted ravioli is the best right I need a lot of restaurants FR up I think it’s all right jerck what do you think I think it is pretty good in terms of how it normally is it is definitely fresh is it hot good I don’t want to waste the shrimp sh the shrimp is amazing garlicky but buttery that’s really good did you try yet Scott noted they get them right out of the Mississippi here right out of the river fresh it’s really good really big perfectly done so cold EG plant egg eggplant Parmesan I’m heavy need a lot more flavor but and that’s the the meatballs they you guys try them [Music] yep the shrimp might be my favorite eat one no thank [Music] you all right 15 bought am okay that’s fine yeah [Music] perfect start with anyone in particular should I go supp yeah we’ll do them both not going to try it it’s going po you want to taste first or I’ll try a little bit yeah thank you yeah that’s unbelievable that’s great [Music] yes so this is the 4 point [Music] actually those beans are really good in there too up [Music] je they need flavor there’s just missing salt something you should dip them into the the butter there thank you leave a little bit in there if you want to try some more of that never what do you do all chicken Roni that’s really good um our calone is really good kind depends is really good that’s been a favorite recently Chim noodle serve that in a cream sauce it’s going to be with beef tips and mushrooms cherry tomatoes and spinach topped out with sour green onion $2 scallops scallops how big are those sorry are they large should be three sometimes they might give you four depending on the size bed it’ll be pan SE then over a bed of capalini noodles and a San tomato sauce with spinach and mushrooms and we to that with the 12 oil show that for $50 you got a 14 oz uh ribon top that with a B butter tonight to serve with mashed potatoes and aspar it’s ni for six what is the Siciliano top sicil steak is after they cook your steak they roll that we very quickly top that with cheese and mushrooms and a white wine lemon and butter sauce which is quite good the nunzio style is also very good that’ll be topped with cheese and gimle crab meat and then the white one oh what kind of cheese it’s a blend a third blend it’s going to be fontin proone mozzarella and car okay is it a lot of cheese is it is it just a you know good of cheese not tell no cheese cheese Tony what do you want ready I think I’m going to try the 8 oz filet with the crab the N Nuno I’ll try that yeah like 8 oz normally rare plus but medium rare probably yeah do medium rare is fine medium rare yeah please does it come with any sides or no it does not card perfect can we also get the scallops we’re going to share those in the middle sure and then we’re also going to share the canalone in the middle all right I that Rogers is with the Jets wasn’t it far went to the Jets before minnes so now Rogers is going to end up with Minnesota so yeah exactly so for people that don’t know so Derek actually we went to college together and he was a punter but in high school Derek was an allconference punter kicker all right that’s normal and then he was an allconference quarterback so I could see that but also linebacker what was that Derek I don’t know maybe it’s a bad competition bad so this guy is the complete athlete he also played college baseball so you remember that yep y i remember brand Backus trying out with me that was hilarious no one’s going to understand that but us the good old days exactly what we got we cashed out oh no well the brolo there’s a bunch yeah oo here we go maybe I can still order a l look at this are you a french onion guy it’s it’s not an easy soup to make people think it is but it’s not you know what I mean when you got to cut that/ half inch thick cheese you know you know what I’m saying it’s over seasoned a lot and this is actually right I think it could use a little bit more cheese but it’s it’s really good good and it’s not too hot that’s no this [Music] is you guys want to try some some yeah you like it just stick I like a little bit more cheese that I can like rip it off and eat it after you’re a guy where like punch yep I do like that they didn’t go over the HP with the bread I think it’s good that that flavor coming bread it’s like mold and hot cheese it’s a type of cheese that when you bite into it it sticks to the roof of your mouth and if it’s hot you can’t get it off you know what I mean it’s like almost like hot oil on your skin yeah but uh it’s kind of weird and tangy but that’s how it goes and then it’s got a cardboard crust like literally cardboard it’s a very tiny thin crust and it’s very dry and like crispy that s little style pizza and some people love it ha it but it’s very and I will say it’s very different you guys should try it before you move cardboard St Lou style Emos you want to do Emos we pretty much done yeah who wants the last hunk of uh Emos is probably considered St you I’m waiting for my I’m waiting I’m not really sure over there but he lifted it up like it was on top of a toilet seat no he was he was known to be a drunk uh uh uh definitely a pisser drunk in your in your in your closet at night yeah just open the door and go Kyle and Brent they’re they they come back in the room they turn the light on I’m like what what’s going on they’re like they’re laughing so hard they can’t talk they took the hinges off the door to the food hall went down and they had like a bag they thought they had like a hunk of cheese and like a bag of bread and like one of them was eating like Fruity Pebbles and they thought it was like the best thing ever we sit there I’m like I don’t condone that I think that’s illegal you know they they were on the meal plan it’s all included it’s all inclusive exactly yeah scholarship meal yeah you and I I blame that we us we used to dump tons of salt in people’s milk I’ve never seen more people drink milk it must be like an Iowa thing everyone was drinking tons of milk and you would you take the salt and whe they got up you just pour a ton of salt in there they didn’t know and then they’d start drinking and spit it out cuz they had no idea we we had the little pizza bar so you can like make your own little pizza and then it goes to oven and then I was introduced and then you go right to the salad bar and fill your plate up with ranch that’s something to dip it in right now very very Kramer would make us run if we lost too much weight remember that no me Jason Iowa yeah Northern Iowa yeah you wouldn’t be running anymore Jason Y no I would definitely not little too much a little bit just just a hair but very very they’re really good scalps scallops try one they are good I right what is this the Cana whatever lones yeah what does she whates she say good some stuffed stuffed pasta it’s not bad need a bigger bite though all right someone try the scal yet very good little overcooked just the hair and a little UND seasoned be this one season Heavy was it yeah Tony why don’t you try some of that pasta oh no oh open up it’s a tomato you going eat it a big Cherry all right so the bill was just under $11,000 so how does it work here oh lot of self control on that you know so it it depends on the casino so some casinos obviously this time Jason was there but I do a lot of high limit gambling a full money we’re going to go give to the casino tonight just kidding they have something called pen cash here so you can actually download your money right onto the machine you can play but um so some casinos you can get your wine or your beer your alcohol comped others you can’t so this is one that you actually can some casinos will pay for your tip others will not so we’ll find that out here too I want to make sure that they’re they’re taken care of here they did a nice job for us tonight but um overall I think to get the service started started was a little rocky it took a little bit of time they actually had a they had a they had a like internet actually went down yeah Spectrum or whatever so they went down and uh they pulled it together they pulled it together and came back strong they did a nice job tonight so um we had a lot of food Tony sticking out his belly see it look at him he’s he’s trying to suck it in now Tony do this do this thisam and then the circle thing Tony will show off for you some other time but um there is Eric Scott we used to call him Scott the farmer and Aron Rogers that’s Derek Frost look him up played the NFL for like 5 years he only had one negative kick what negative yard KCK seven yard seven yard it like negative pretty much it hit behind the line of scrimage and bounc forward somehow just kidding it did that but I okay is this a is this a place that is a drive by or a must try you know I get I I don’t know I don’t know if I can I would say it’s uh say 8 and half out of 10 8 and half out of 10 so I didn’t ask that if you’re here like you got to do it yeah so it’s a it’s a must try I would agree with that so it was really good so originally we’re going to go to the steakhouse the steakhouse here is only open on weekends and usually you’re in trouble cuz it’s hard to find help for some like that but this is a this is a good this is nice good variety yeah big variety steaks pasta the wine list is okay it’s a little light I think but but the choice great but it worked out and they were out of one of them made a good recommendation in there so seems like spectacular Bara though yeah guy inside fantastic ridiculous seem like good value for the wi absolutely you know they have three bottles of wine and all this food th000 bucks it’s a really good deal well the uh stle emis we didn’t even order $95 for a $65 bottle we didn’t order but I mean that’s that’s a great deal yeah the wine is marked up like 30 to 40% it looks like 2x yeah it’s a great deal so some some steak houses you go to you can see three apps oh yeah yeah way to one shop it’s ridiculous so but get over here try this place out say Mr handay sent you someday you can say Jason was there sent you but no one’s going to really know that yet so just say Mr Hampe the guy the really big guy with the the so we’re going to double that we’re going to give another 150 so we’re going to give him like just about a $300 tip overall so that’s true what happened um just saying that they give about a 15% tip
