Italian chef Giancarlo’s view is that the cookery school has been a huge success. Now the season is over in Italy, it’s time to start searching for another venue in which to hold his cooking school.

and it’s not over for Giancarlo either on his way back from plowing he pays a visit he’s conscious of the pressing need to look at possible alternative venues for next year’s cookery school we have to see other facilities and what he may be you know maybe much nicer I don’t know but also that gives us an opportunity to find out what we’re getting and they’re very keen very interested I think the reason is simple because um you would bring him an awful lot of customers this Palace was once home to a pope wow it all looks very impressive very exciting surreal Palace but Giancarlo is disappointed I thought that would have been too good to be true this is not what is an offer it’s eligible tourism at the back which we can see from here and Agri Turismo is a kind of rural Italian bed and breakfast I’m going to meet the administrator and see what he says is much better than what they’re going on on offer you know

It's not only about cooking, it's about living the whole Tuscany experience, and of course, surroundings and accomodation is very important:)
