all right another Chef Pasqual authentic Seafood Delight clams oreganata we just Shu a dozen clams and they’re sitting on a baking tray and we’re pan frying chopped garlic in butter and oil add the panko breadcrumbs to keep it light little more butter fresh chopped parsley dried Sicilian oregano a healthy shot of white wine right let’s mix this really good and cook it for about 5 minutes was right on top of the clams final lemon squeeze all right into the oven 400° 12 minutes pairs perfectly with a fresh crisp chilled Savon Blanc all right nice join our family enjoy life so
