it’s Monday we’re back in the kitchen simple delicious pretty low carb pork Milan all right we’re pounding that meat nice and thin flour then into the egg wash then into the breadcrumbs right into the olive oil and butter mix we fry them up nice and crispy in Austria they call this schnitzel down the best side for schnitzel is German potato salad look at that beautiful cutlet wedge of lemon all right oh yeah our wine tonight is a buttery chardonay so does it taste as good as it looks oh yeah Sal
