A little grated Parm on top, a hearty Chianti Classico wine to wash it down- and if you must be a little naughty- then a loaf of seeded Semolina bread to clean up the plate 😩

okay pasta fol or as most Americans call it pasta fazul hearty healthy tasty it’s on tonight’s menu it’s a simple one poot dinner we’re frying chopped garlic and onions and olive oil that’s how it starts the wine pairing tonight is a Hardy key Classico thanks to cousin Billy’s suggestion salute yeah little pastini go in the water the Pomodori bunch of fresh basil calini beans pasis oh yeah shredded parmesan Stir It Up and we’re going to let it simmer for about 15 minutes in baby so simple and delicious okay
