There's no way they taste all of that in some old grape juice. They just go to makin stuff up so they can sound fàncý and make themselves feel superior. Wine is wine. That's what I love about Madeira. (Frr what I've seen) older always improves it and it can age almost indefinitely. I read it has to do w/the heat processing (the Estufagem)
