hello my beautiful people I am here in bis hair Event Center in Canonsburg PA I’m so excited about this episode cuz this is a special edition cuz I Jason caps and Kelly that are finally back from Italy I mean hello about us people in Pittsburgh not hard to do I got a nice hand in them and Jason thank you for having me here today so excited to talk about Jason St H we are too we did just get back for like literally two days ago for me it was a couple weeks came back my daughter’s graduation we’re having her party Sunday and I’m gone back to tusy to my house to play my car and uh get ready to go my daughter’s coming here so uh but you know like you said be coming by we have wine it’s always a good day with a botle of buy tea Andy this is my day cheese and where we Day in Italy by now we have some exciting updates we just got did two amazing TX tours sold out back to Bon they were phenomenal U the reviews and comments after we set out survey always was incredible a lot of great friendships made yes yeah tell us a little bit about like how how would someone get how would they even know about Jesus what is it all about right well um the first group actually Chris painted this entire build oh the F pain you it was a group of friends they were in handful celebrating a Monumental 60th birthday and so they all knew each other we loved the D in because you know just she been exciting everybody knew each other like come call a big party but at the same time it had a good Synergy right up it was like an intimate Gathering of friends so we think that’s a great idea if you want to grab a group of friends uh be it uh neighbors uh fellow about co-workers or other family members whatever it takes you know we can we can organize aour of a couple people um a couple groups whoever you can force to go to let mewi my arm hello everybody want you go one group two though well they didn’t know each other but by the time it was done I mean we were doing dancing Best Friends Day two everybody really clicked and a lot of people from this area from Pittsburgh from hburg and actually I think a lot of them are getting together in a couple weeks for just get together like a little reunion so it’s always nice to see that that is the one thing I never would have assumed happening the the added value I think there friends even here in South Point that lived one five blocks away from each other never knew each other now so that that those are friendships that are made in abroad I I personally if I had my way I would I enjoyer people and having that connection I know nobody you know anybody from the other side of the country certainly welcome although I just feel such a nice sharing Synergy and whether it’s having Steelers in common or KN something about but that’s [Music] not so where you go how many days is it like what is it what is well um the T 10 days the tri we have available um the next one coming to up is um that one is in September 17th yeah September 17th we started in Venice and then we end in Lake p on the 25th sep so we still have three rooms in the hotels left we’re still taking six people essentially that’s awesome got plenty you know it’s only come out in four months want to do it just amazing air yeah I mean economy for a while there was running to be like 15 to 1600 and I 2 days I found it for $1,000 going into Venice out of Milan which is amazing that’s a great price that’s not just Bas C that’s luggage everything like that Kelly what is your part of this you take care of all the accommodations yeah um so I am a travel agent um independently and Jason and I met um f k actually Sher together and now we host these tours together um and basically what I do I mean we’re both there from start to finish so when you arrive at the airport or there the time you leave basically so you basically have this at your disposal about cuts out reservations did reservations you know we accommodate all allergies Believe It or Not gluten allergy is actually really well accommodated maybe even more so here in the states there tastes good so that’s a huge bonus and you know I help with airfare help with you know some people might want to stay in in a little longer Cal early I can help him you know organize all of that so yeah yeah so she takes care of those just the Visionary dream L let’s go find the small Bu The Maker the shoes out in par vented now so it’s I mean every meal is included and I think the B you one night people on their own foral B tasting some cuto all the stuff I me start out where the cond not the very first minute but you to learn how to them uh grow and just navigate understand like yeah you can realize how actually it’s really difficult like that’s like doing exercise yeah make you work a little bit the stores but forget but you get wine at the end wine and you get to drink wine in the bow you get to eat snacks yeah which you didn’t say that for all Gondola over there so this is a very special experience you couldn’t do all yeah that’s what most people actually that was a lot of the comments from the TUS TS um a couple weeks ago people basically said first of all how did you find this place second of all we would have never done all of this heavy PL for ourselves so that’s a huge bonus is one you don’t have to do anything besides show up and eat and drink with us we tell you where to be at all times and you know everything’s included so we all go to lunch and dinner together the meals we determined to head to ear the same steps lot times V sty you can choose how much you want to eat in the G meal uh we being a chef I take EXT Special Care making sure the menus are not repeating Foods you know there’s some lighter cont meals there’s some heavier more CH but it’s it’s not it doesn’t rolve car it’s a activities like the drive verar in Ved up onang who that yeah every it’s 25 minutes or so 458 or whatever pick you pick a Ferrari or Lamborghini and you just go you’re in and they just tell you to floor it in there the bird place of Ferrari so it’s just really cool and while you’re not driving you go to the Ferrari Museum and Ferrari museum is incredible then we end up in Bonia we have a little bit of time for shopping but we also stay in a really cool hotel in F majority in the center of town so we’re s located to Great Hotel um we end up in partner again for part V you understand the process of how that cheese is made I like people to understand that why is this cheese $24.95 a pound uh because the cows have e certain casss from the valley and know the cows are me it’s highly restricted that so education yeah so people walk away from after an hour that in a taste on each 12 184 taste like different of cheeses similar in different man just you know same sort thing M vinegar then we end up the L com actually p oh how fun 12 Century just the experience a demonstration wonderful F beautiful property and it’s just a really nice experience that we end up like oh stay a couple days there we do some stuff in and B right yeah and uh we’re staying each [Music] City just to know it it it would take a lot of time I’m not saying it’s not impossible do research in your own but to put yourself in these places at certain times organize Transportation be expensive um we we love the small group I mean we’re talking by the way maximum 20 people so it’s really either you know handful of couples a few singles friends that you’re yeah so this next trip that we have the Venice Tacoma is all travel what is at this point all September 17th to the 25th you all those that are going have been on a previous tour molfie and actually all of them have been on all on molf either last year or the year before third of four [Music] CH when did you start 2017 no way and my first picture we you know managed our way through I was going to say that was everything we’re talking about was word for word on the website there’s nice descriptions of the days kind of a little narrative that I wrote um about each day um we sometimes we move days around a little bit I’m T again we can do that with this trip right know what you’re seeing you know what you’re getting so then you that that’s I think that’s the biggest thing that I take away from this I don’t want to do all the resar I don’t want to but like and the things that you should see you know first stage you yeah and think it’s narrowing down like you might read a bunch of blogs you’re like okay well how can I do all these things with worth it what’s not worth it it’s very and you guys know where to go like safety reasons too as well you don’t want to be somewhere where you shouldn’t be or you don’t want to be lost somewhere um yeah it’s it’s uh the there the whole plan is really to make sure people have a good understanding of the country some of the special things it offers it would take a year to to be able to put everybody to Do’s palore into P San Marco and work your way through all these museums and churches across the three regions basically that we cover um but we do this in a tactful way we we stay out of the bus or FS um for the better part so we we’re not in the bus or B all day trying to get to a location ter yeah so we keep an economy of of time included and uh again the food too we tell you we’ve got places to be we can’t do 2 and 1 half hour lunch so kind of compress the meal sign and beds not a rush iing they would have what if you make a reservation for a restaurant and say you know they’re running late or you’re late or whatever and it takes forever to eat it and then you have something schedul at least with two TI you already have it already timed out I love that yeah um and then like the the next trip um M that September 27 September 28th to October 6th it’s right we have like two days off we have we have to like streamline down a long train day for us but we make it work that’s talked to her yesterday she’s childing for work he said I get back toway on the 13 we VI Sardinia for S Beach is like a point I know wonder why I’m but for that one we have that one’s more booked at this point than the previous that one’s one room left so one double op and see so two people whether it’s friends a couple whatever mom and daughter father son whatever I say you have an age limit too like no there no age limit I mean we definitely want to stress that there is blocking involved and especially on mul Coast is a more vertical area of Italy so there is some steps it’s nothing strenuous uh but just want to point that out so but there’s no age age limit we’ve um we’ve had some people in their 20s come we know with their parents and it’s worked out really great D baby yeah some people in the r that can get around I mean we will say that if you have a hard time walking you know F 500 me which is4 mile sustained and remember you have we we going to have a statistical we have drink half a bottle of wine oh my God I’m going to be like this but quty certainly does upset some of the extra know because I like my brain and I like and the the feet techically lighter in the cell because it’s more sea food and not well they make exceptions there will beef and Alternatives we have a great new meal little bit H time that is really cool because we choke her out one day we go to lay the r water so beautiful we go to is which is a ler know but a basy is the Castle tour we have guys at certain points they you know speak great English they they do a great job resing and teaching us about the history we TR to do that little hour keep that you know we can’t know everything about everything so it’s nice to have local guides along the way that can really deep di to the area just years ago so so I remember Jason mentioned George CL I might go to his house I think it’s still sale going to buy it like10 million 100 Mil oh 100 bring property we we had sandwiches in front of him last night just buy Jason bring us all there now that’s a the tail end of white com we do encourage people speaking of Rich at the end of M mer you get yourself another day or two just kind of decompressing B you know we we fairly not quick Pace we we M at a logic Pace you know we’re not you’re not pay to play around the beach for right but you know we’re moving it’s like it’s it’s a holiday and that’s what you want no offense I don’t want to be sitting in my hotel room or I don’t want to be sitting at the pool missing out all things cuz when you come to Italy it’s a destination and you want to see them it’s traveling it’s not vacation I guess like I feel like those kind of different to me traveling is like really TR yeah yeah so but when you try to build in some free time in certain places so you can go nap if you want or you can go see some churches that you might want to you saw love it’s uh I think it’s well designed and keeping all those things in mind I mean you can’t as we said take you a year to cover certain part of the country just like America just still hav’t seen at all I know but um that one we do a um we have oh we have a pizza making class yeah rebella we have a party this is different in Italy very Neapolitan style pizza is the true 92 800° in the bricken yeah it’s nice that that in we do the pizza making they have all these different topics you can make exactly what you want you can put olives you can put oroke salami yeah you’re done P it’s not a local actual house not Local’s actual house you’re with the family and it’s just you know it’s very unique um what else we do there weo Capri Char one day up for incredible ven family style Feast with old fun suprises the pizza Bank party family than me transort is amazing they they yeah they actually live in town stay for five dayses yeah hi so we stay there and they do a whole party at at their actual house and it’s like a good way to like send off now that we’re going to sento kind of say goodbye and the drive I’ll just be again you do yeah really for yeah yeah we do I mean we found three years ago yeah they dress well or yes very it’s it’s it’s great you speak Italian now they close you know somebody speaks you got to tell our listeners and viewers you are um also it’s now could stay it longer research we have a few other ideas in mind sordia uh is Lady St and that’s we about sold out it maybe room for somebody I knew it’s kind of a personal private invit but we’re really excited about the that’s a a great trip great place to be in the world it’s there’s fun aspects about it the food is amazing the people up there it’s you know it’s a different culture and and we promise you want to go to another one so you’ll see the kind of the differences picture the difference between Pennsylvania and let’s say Georgia South let’s see South Carolina different accent different dialogues different culture different foods uh it the diversity of food changes from City to City not just yeah if you go on multiple you really get to experience the difference in the Cuisines and the difference in language just the people scenery s yep it’s I would call the the V com adventurous and a little hardier than the food maybe sou the north a m Fe a little lighter food little more diversity in the Trin um we’re we’re in Mercedes so we’re navigate those roads better than we were large bus yeah yeah um but something else we had set up for that pH again he forgot to mention one thing in L chomo does die actually yeah oh yeah well actually play he don’t he love HIDs it’s so really cool experience yeah it’s I mean the altitude I think you had P yeah CH that real altitude was on I mean it’s you know way how sa 2500 ft off B I mean it’s not very it’s not it’s not we’re not at 5,000 fet you just truey you can see me fall I love all these different adventures and what I love the those to is when you’re saying like I don’t want to go there and wait in line or walk up 100 million steps to get to this church I want to be able to be like okay Jason we’re not going to be crowd sweating you do you get frustrated as a tourist yeah it’s hard to to really pick and choose where where you should go and using using Google Maps all the time that’s me I’m a Google mapper so doing navigation so you just have to follow well speaking of that the time the year we go do tusy May and these mid lat or September and into October with the shoulder season where it’s must be you don’t have families and Ms and works you have in the summer the temperatures are cooler the flights um you know so I mean all all that’s the best two months I think a lot of people don’t know if they should go to Italy because they don’t they think it cost too much that is a common idea i’ would say the most you know the flight is can scare people sometimes but I mean right now like I said points are pretty good but it’s actually H all my vacations have taken in the state more exensive vacation yeah so I think it’s wor effective to go over [Music] there there when I was in my brother was in was that’s the only time Italy so I really didn’t to and in and and I remember that we went to the m and I had a SLE the shirt I don’t know if it’s yeah I had fire sh and I think I don’t know I’m for short to h i here yeah I would say the only time is a dress code is going to the church they just ask [Music] that yeah otherwise anything El we have don’t we podcast but yeah I mean it’s that’s why no all and I think that you two brings so much to the table because you’re already doing it yeah that’s another thing too we also we do a Packing Tips list where we tell you like what to bring what bring what yeah and I just send links like here this is what you need to do this what you need to buy do it yeah and then you’re ready to go leave the heels at home wear some comfortable shoes we tell you all those things what do you love those I love you know whenever you find something you truly an experience I’m passionate about sharing I when I first got to very first show I was away like by everything all the time I still more too but just people the the atmosphere Bigg sh was definitely you know but I I couldn’t believe it was real and that and the people that have experienced I can see why they that you can see why every want buy house there want be citizen I mean I love Ireland people of Ireland are super friendly I Spain I know Greece I love a lot of countries but there’s something about Italy that just brought me back wants me to learn everything about just the language or um I can’t wait to can put things in my more more things in my and everything and you only live once and I’m like what am I waiting for like you know I I keep saying well my kid’s still in school I can’t really make these Arrangements yeah but I mean it’s 10 days right yeah and that’s Max that’s the eight nights that tusing yeah if you if you had a I mean I talked to somebody yesterday that has two young kids it’s difficult not going to lie so mean you know 33 35 year olds are now maybe are demographic but they could be when kids get to college or school if you know two years from now that your to go and you have two years to sa five bucks a day drinking Starbucks before you know that’s that’s that that’s so I I just encourage people I spoke yesterday at the PE lunch and I just said um I I I do believe that life is precious and short and see the Corp DMC is the day with the moment don’t put off what you can do you know um and that was one of the comments from christen’s group this time actually they they like we put this we don’t know why we put this off for so long I should have done this earlier it was so much fun um so I think just just do it B what your best thing that you feel like this is fr like having Jason turn what um for myself [Music] like I do love pasta that’s like my only thing I eat ever pasta and wine is my diet basically serving pasta I no one ever forgets me because at the restaurants because I’m like can I know when you Italy there’s not a lot of obesity because are like you would think so they’re very active each two hours in family and discussion you SL on horses yeah they walk a lot cou since they take three hours off in the afternoon you know for I was looking for a BL nothing yeah take nap add to your stress the quality of life is very important K we eat dinner sometimes 8: 9:00 at night they eat their big meal in the after or sometimes it depends on the days of the week there lunch at 1:00 usually you know it usually isn’t so we kind replicate that did you question should I your favorite part night IM that was a big one I I’m it’s same as Jason like when I went I went 10 years ago for my first time to Italy I’ve always wanted to go there and as soon as I got there I was like this is it like this is where I need to be how can I get there and it did take eight years or so to figure out how I’m working on my do citizenship I’ll probably next year and my plan is to be there full time so it’s hard to say one thing mean the pops is Big Thing Up on Spaghetti so I always want have the best spaghetti but yeah I mean it’s just always clicks for me and I can’t weather and the people just the people the architecture the yes the food lit every single part of it and do people know you’re American um yeah it was my brother was in the Navy he had white tennis shoes on and they knew he was by white tennis shoes yeah say that’s not I mean now we more often than not other than Hard Summer TI don’t women don’t go out of the house without lot you can you can irritate them or at least some f if you order a c Che on you afternoon 3 five just not for you say lot of times like I I think I’m Italian to be so if I’m by myself a lot of people will come up to me like I’m going to restaurant will talk to me really fast in Italian and I’m just like American I mean they love Americans we get shed so well where we go and they appreciate having us so as long as you try your best to in this not word you know we’re not C be we so better you sometimes set one big table say four five smaller tables we encourage everybody obviously the main goal we we keep the politics and conversations and anything that’s uh on topics kind of out of it we we also got people in a way at the beginning so that we could physically talk to one of us talks to every single person before they sign home to send on the same together before you guys we do that’s another advantage of being in Pittsburgh local we do host something here usually Bel sah um and and often times where have something in the end or a holiday thing at somebody member of a country club or something locally get people together whatever you know so yeah I mean we personally still talk to like all most people that have been I just talked to somebody that was on a tour m a few years ago say and it’s it’s probably pretty amazing about the growth of friends in different circles in different worlds and yeah I try to reciprocate and do business with people I can they done the trips um but there’s uh we keep adding new stuff so my first and foremost recommendation if you’re watching us if you stuck around for this long the number one takeaway and I think I speak for Kelly has done this as well is if you any interest whatsoever inable this is probably the best opportunity for you to go to not have to spend excessive amounts of time in compl theying anything the air Fair R was great might didn’t just go if you can you know within the reason this is what it is unless you don’t need any of the money you know we do a payment but you can put on a credit card you could do we we even make it off men the second you can put on a credit card say you get the points trol and help you with your airfare on another JK another time so but we we’re going to make a special a lot oh yeah okay so if you sign up for any of the two trips that we have how you yeah so for we’ll put that in the nose for V soy or hot coffee if you take any two or more of those spots leading per per two people give 250 off for person so if you this year yeah this year if your friend uh we going that until I was going to say till the L J 13th ahead of
