[Music] [Applause] [Music] one jordanut everybody Welcome to Villa balaya we get to finally show you around today we’re so excited there’s a lot to see so get comfortable and enjoy this incredible Tuscan Villa so excited welcome to Villa balaya you’ll be able to hear other than the birds chirping a river running that is because there is a river that wraps around the property you’ll be able to see it either side of me now I am just standing at the entrance of villa balaya and you can see the Villa just behind me [Music] there we have many olive trees here and also down here all our apple and pear trees all along there and the rest up here is our tiny Olive Olive [Music] Grove [Music] and starting with the East wing of the house we have a seating area see the right of me filled with beautiful Antiques and [Music] [Applause] [Music] artwork to the left of me you have the sitting room essentially the living room has a 65 in smart TV as well as a working fireplace super cozy in the colder months but also a very cool room in the summer months to sit in there’s also a DVD player available we have wood here um to burn for the fireplace and also A tes telescope in the corner here oh we’ve got many DVDs fully equipped with DVDs as you can see all in thetical order Stef did this so she’s quite happy with herself so so there’s all the DVDs ready if you’re planning to have a little bit of a movie night moving on to the downstairs bathroom which has a shower a huge Mirror by the way a good mirror um but it has a shower toilet of course and enough space to make sure you’re looking wonderful and now we’re moving up to the bedrooms of this Wing there are two bedrooms up here one is a double room with an on suite and the other is has two single beds in it and there’s also a dedicated bathroom to that one as well but this is the opening all the doors this is the double bedroom with the on Suite again with a full double walk-in shower this bathroom is actually very big it’s a huge bace and it’s one of my favorite showers actually I have to say it’s a good shower and this STNA loves this room in fact we all do this is such a beautiful room this is the double room the Blue Room the Blue Room San calls it with the beautiful beams exposed and I just love the colors the brown beams with the blue I think it’s absolutely beautiful but you have a double bed here here you have a view of the front of the property out of this window you can see the garage in the back over there this is the car park and then so lovely when you wake up and you just got the view you have balcony doors to the large Terrace I just love this room I love this room and the Terrace is just incredible but this is the double Terrace which links both of the bedrooms so You’ come out here in the morning and you could all enjoy breakfast you can lie on the sun beds and take in this incredible [Applause] view we spend so much time up on this Terrace it’s such a beautiful spot and then we have the doors hello it’s F you just popped out of to the bedroom next to it with two large very large s single beds in here and a beautiful big window this is isn’t a balcony but it’s a fully it’s a full door window and this is where you have the view to the back of the house with the pool the pool’s just down here and this incredible view of the mountain like I said large single beds with cast iron frames for this room and you’ll see the balcony and the view from the inside onto the [Music] Terrace so they are the two rooms and just behind me here you’ll see the bathroom for the room with the two single beds and now we’re going to move on to to the main part of the house now we are in the main part of the house and we call this the second living room this is a living room without a television it’s more of a relaxing space where you can read you can sit by the fire we have a fully working fireplace as you can see always stacked with enough wood if you like your cozy nights in the summer and of course through Autumn winter we spend a lot of time in this room in the colder months and also in the summer it’s a very cool space we have lovely big Windows here with a view of the front of the property and it’s just got the most wonderful Breeze blowing in I always love to sit here and read a book and relax now moving on to the dining room with a beautiful big 12 seater wooden table it’s absolutely beautiful this table was made out of one piece and carved into a table see the natural grains of the wood and detailing so beautiful and a view and a beautiful breeze on to the side of the property [Music] [Applause] [Music] moving on to the heart of the home the kitchen in full cut marble which is absolutely beautiful the kitchen’s fully equipped it has everything from blender to Magi mix coffee machine coffee machine dehydrator dehydrator basically anything that we would have at home in our home in London we have a wine fridge fridge freezer as we walk into this part of the kitchen it’s sort of elves we have like our more casual dining room or breakfast room with seating TV and again a beautiful view of the back of the [Music] property I love sitting here having my breakfast with this incredible view such a beautiful view it’s incredible I do sit here a lot also on my laptop [Applause] on to the first floor of the main house which consists of three double bedrooms all on Suite which one should I start with let’s start with this one we love this room this is one of our favorite bedrooms here double bedroom this bedroom has a view of the front of the property as well as the side as I mentioned all of the bedrooms on this floor have on suite and this is the on Suite for this room which has an incredible shower space I think it’s amazing again all in carara marble and um another beautiful view moving on to the second bedroom on this floor and the entry part is a bit of a walk-in wardrobe you have double sliding mirrored doors which is an entire wardrobe and also the on Suite here and then we have the double bedroom [Music] the third room on this floor sits at the back of the property so you have full view of the back Garden the [Music] pool this room is a double bedroom also and the Villa has full use 100% Egyptian dressing gown and Villa balaya slippers which is a nice touch I think again another wonderful window with an incredible view this room has a television and on the left side of the television we have the walk-in wardrobe area which I still need to clear but you’ll be able to see you’ve got a place for your shoes you can hang your clothes and there’s also a mirror in there and to the right we have have another fully carara marble bathroom with a double shower sink everything you need from a bathroom and not to mention this view this is the view when you sit on the toilet yep now I know you’re not going to be using your phone in here I know it but look at that Spectacular Now moving on to the third floor of the main house with the last three bedrooms the third floor reminds me of like I don’t know like a tree house just feels so cute and cozy so up here we have a single bed but it’s like I said it’s a large single bed here this bedroom sits at the front of the property so The View is this one this bedroom actually leads on to the next bedroom so I think it’s a really lovely space if like your friends on holiday together or even if you’ve got kids this is like a little area this is I would have loved this with my yeah I can imagine it would have been so [Music] wonderful in the landing space of the third floor you have your mirror and there is a walk-in wardrobe area here to be shared with a rail shoe rack lots of space and even a skylight there there are two bathrooms on this floor this is one of them with a shower the sink is just around here and these are actually the original tiles um when we got the property so it is how it was built and just here is another bathroom again all all original tiles I love the green of these tiles in here and it’s a really unusual shape for a bathroom but it’s really nice and next the toilet as with every other toilet you’ve got an incredible view this one’s got a great view it’s got the pool it’s got the mountains and on this end you have the shower which which is just behind the door here there is one more room on this floor this is a double room and I think this is one of my what again another favorite of mine I love this room it’s abundant with Windows you’ve got again a view of the side of the property here another one just here where you can see a bit more of the pool and the back of the property and you are very high up I mean look at that view it’s absolutely [Music] incredible well we’ve showed you the house now so we’re back in the kitchen and I’m going to head outside and show you the outside it is the perfect day oh wow so this is the Terrace and dining area outdoor dining area as you can see with a huge marble table once again that seats 12 and you have a little seating area here also with an umbrella where you can sit in the shade enjoy the view have a drink with her broom oh now she’s a witch now she’s a witch [Applause] [Music] moving on to the barbecue area which is beautifully shaded with a grape tree and a kiwi tree which are all I think the grape tree is I’ve started to get we’ve started to get fruit and the kiwi tree has flowers now and that harvests in January the gorgeous Chinese roses there and marble sink marble sink you have to wash your dishes by the grape tree oh my goodness you can see the the grape tree just starting and then here is your barbecue area and your view from the barbecue area is quite spectacular got the pool view the view from the barbecue is the outside Terrace and the dining area and of course the back of the Villa with we also have lemon trees there’s one there and there’s one back there and all down here is the herb area so either side you have th you have basil you have Rosemary you have Sage you have chilies we have many types of chilies lavender as well there’s lavender as well this is actually a lavender here and lots of Basil we’ve done three basil this year you usually use a lot of Basil in Italian cuisine so we’ve made sure there’s enough of that these get very very big every year they get huge and then on the back over here we have all types of chilies Rosemary on the back here sage parsley and just over here we have the pizza oven which fingers crossed we get on a bit later to show you guys over here in this room is is actually an outdoor toilet and shower space so when you’re using the pool you can come up here you don’t need to go into the [Music] house and the pool there’s two ways to get down from the for you can use the steps or you can use the path that just wraps around down um you get down there very easily now you come out where the hammock is there I always just go down the stairs people that can’t use the stairs there yeah is a very comfortable option or also if you want to put a buggy down you can go the other way yeah it’ll be easier of a buggy or the pool has space for 12 people to some and then there is a seating area over here this part of the pool you have the sort of Lounge area with ratan seating and oh s’s walked down the other way that doesn’t involve steps and over here we have a hammock she’s definitely going to get in it if we know stf which we do by now can relax in this hammock with that incredible view in the shade see you later St living her best life hry on vlogging on your own no we have to finish give me some Spa the pool is a salt water pool it’s also heated and it’s also lit up at night so you can happily enjoy a swim in the middle of the night if that’s something you like to do um and also over here you have the swimming pool shower which is also heated and is also natural water it comes from our spring that’s in the fields and is fed through to the shower and actually the rest of the property so so there’s a shower up there in that room an outdoor shower as well if you wanted to shower in inside but this one obviously to just remove your oils and stuff like that and get in the pool without making the pool too dirty and your view while you’re sunbathing is the Villa it’s absolutely wonderful myself and Stefania have had many Channing sessions down here that have been so so relaxing so calming [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] the drinks are made and it is the most perfect evening here at vello Kaya B I said everybody it’s night time now and I just want to show you the Villa at night because it’s magical so we have the pizza oven burning as you can see ready for the pizzas to go in you can enjoy a homemade pizzas here at the villa which is just wonderful everything is beautifully lit up the barbecue area and the pool and as you can see the pool area can be enjoyed in even in the night time the pool’s lit up the sunet lounges are lit up and the seating area at the back it’s so [Music] peaceful even if you’d like to lie in the hammock and relax you you can even in the night it’s about quter 10 and we’ve turned all the lights off around the villa and you can see the sea of fireflies glittering away in the forest it’s [Music] incredible so beautiful [Music]
