•1/2 onion, chopped
•3 cloves of garlic, minced
• 3 tbs of tomato paste
•1 cup of light heavy/ thickened cream*
•1tsp paprika
•1/2 tsp each red chilli flakes & black pepper
•1/3 cup of reserved pasta water
•30g mozzarella
•20g parmesan
