Costco is one of the USA’s biggest importers and even retailers they have some great wines but we’re going to focus on wines under 20 bucks to find the value I would say go for European wines for Reds and whites unique and add grapes that are most common I always enjoy this wine Bordeaux Blanco work for Reds Rioja Beaujolais and Chianti Classico or Reds that are always readily available offer value for money it’s always a salad red it’s just in monsant beautiful region there are some exceptions to the rules I laid out though I haven’t had the Cabernet Franc yet but I like the producer a lot champagne for 20 bucks I think this is solid Pinot Noir it’s 17.99 wow actually you wonder how this would be 11.99 I actually wasn’t gonna buy anything today but since you could never find white Bordeaux and at this price 15 bucks I’m gonna take that that’s what a quick run looks like

Fun Fact: There was supposed to be a wine that was supposed to tie in with Pixar’s Ratatouille back in 2007, and it would have been sold in all Costco stores. But then the California Wine Institute successfully pressured Disney and Pixar to recall the wine before it even hit shelves due to the label depicting a cartoon rat character from the movie having potentially dangerous consequences of promoting underage drinking (and I don’t mean the type of underage drinking that concerns rowdy teenagers looking to cause trouble, I mean the type of underaged drinking that concerns unsuspecting young children).
White Bordeaux wines are underrated. Was that one good? I’ve seen it before.
Amazing how different the wines are from Costco region to region. Mine has maybe two or three of those shown. But also has many many great deals.
Against the law to sell alcohol in Costco here, and they would be 50% more in cost due to government taxes.
