It’s Chrissy’s Birthday and we celebrate with her request- Escarole and Beans- Chef Pasquale style!
We pair it with a light, dry, nutty Fontina Candida white wine from Frascati Italy🍷
Like that’s not enough for dinner, we also prepare some fresh cheese & parsley ring sausage and a 6 layer eggplant parmigiana- and let’s not forget a fresh loaf of seeded Semolina bread

so inspired by Chef Pasqual and at the request of the birthday girl Chrissy we’re going to make a traditional escaro and beans light healthy and delicious as with most things we start by frying up garlic and onions in olive oil sharing tonight is Fontana candida from frescati a beautiful light fruity white wine a salute yeah then go some plum tomatoes not too many add a little white wine not too much all right calini beans oh yeah for that some chopped escaro we’re going to cover it let it cook for about 30 minutes cheese and parsley ring sausage and some eggplant parm in the oven hey it’s our dear friend Chris’s birthday tonight she’s coming over so we want her to be really happy so
