In Hell’s Kitchen, two teams compete for the prestigious job of head chef at a top restaurant, all under the guidance of world-class fiery chef Gordon Ramsay.

Battle of the taco but let’s start with the red team first so today we have a braised chicken taco and we have a jicama and whole grain mustard slaw me and Nicole kicked ass on them tacos we’re feeling good you took the time with uh with the jikama with the pickled onion the bridge is there all the way I think it’s very thought out and I like that with a strong showing from cyan and Nikki it’s now time to taste Peter and Josh’s tacos filled with a pork Barbacoa cooked perfectly medium I get the idea of trying to make them smaller and a little bit more sophisticated in appearance but it’s actually doing you deserves the point goes to the red team congratulations [Applause] tally it up baby moving on next up the battle of the tostada Mark and Amber are facing off against Jordan and Lauren’s steak tostada I love the fact that you were able to stay true to the ingredients it’s very authentic now Amber and Mark try to prove they are A Step Above with their molasses soy marinated duck tostada and Amber here made a beautiful salad to a company peppers tomatoes and radish on the inside of that salad everything there is cooked properly it’s delicious but the thing is I have such reservations with green bell peppers they don’t have any inherent flavor they’re Bland the salad they said is delicious peppers are no no I don’t is it the blue team or the red team I’m going to give both of them a point wow duck is cooked too good I would have never heard the end of it from Market we didn’t get that point I’m not having this conversation with you right now and I’m still never gonna hear the end of it even though we got the point I’m not talking to you about this anymore so please stop talking yeah it’s tied at 2-2 it comes down to the final dish the battle of the chili Renault Declan and Cody are hoping to stop Mary Lou and Corey’s second shot at impressing Chef Sanchez with their braised chicken chili relleno this is frustrating gentlemen the traditional way of making the batter is by beating egg whites brushing it with flour and then dipping them this is like panko crusted it looks more like a fried avocado than a chili right now we’re looking for that elevated authenticity ladies please describe your dish what we have in front of you is going to be a dakino palace chile relleno visually I just think I love the idea that the Anaheim Chile let’s see how it tastes though you wanted some whipped up egg whites you got the whipped up egg whites the reeno the filling’s a little bit all over the place to be very honest a lot to process there right uh Chef uh tough decision is tied at 2-2 red team blue team take your dishes back while Arona and I discuss thank you because the point go to the red The Blue Team or does it remain a type [Music] I think it remains a tie a tie absolutely so we’re tied at 2-2 how we break the tires that we’ll single out the best dish of the night so I would like to see Adams enchilada one more time and I would like to see your taco red team you know any time that I can get praise from chefs that are the best in the world I know that that’s validation hopefully I can uh get that W for the blue team they’ll definitely elevated authentic Mexican Cuisine absolutely really makes me proud to know that there’s chefs out there that take what I do and my family has done so seriously yeah Adam you okay sir you sure is there something shepherdon said he’s a Happy Chef this is a joy tears of joy Chef where did you learn to cook like that Milwaukee we’re walking wow okay the winning dish belongs to the red team or The Blue Team I think Adam you should be crying tears of joy because this is the best issue [Applause] blue team congratulations Adam well done good to see you my friend thanks for everything

  1. Milwaukee has some of the best Mexican food in the entire US. That’s why Adam did so well. And why he’s so choked up. He represented his town and its amazing Latino food culture so perfectly.

  2. I don't understand how he decided to go with the other team because the portion was smaller.. I mean, did it taste better? If not, then don't give it to him, but if it did, then give him the point and the advice "make the portion a bit larger next time and you're perfect" 😮‍💨😑

  3. Green bell peppers have no taste?… my guy, chew on the other side of your mouth… I think it's funny how Gordon is only agreeing with him to not make him look like an idiot because he has respect for fellow chefs – but you know Gordon is thinking "green bell peppers most certainly have their place in the kitchen, you're just a donut with a personal preference that clouds your professional judgement."

  4. Ummmm this is just a complaint about the tortilla size. It is a BS reason why to not win the point, if you go to any taco stand the tortillas you get are the smallest you can buy but it doesn't take away from the taste. I remember tacos being regular sized up until the 90s when all of a sudden all taco stands started using the smaller sized tortilla. Why it happened no idea but guessing it was cost.

  5. tearing up due to compliment's is a true sign of someone that is passionate about cooking good food. Respect!

  6. Adam reminds me of Chef Milli. he was also so passionate about food and was creative/dedicated to it as well. plus he had a long beard as well 🤣🤣🤣

  7. Of course he had the best dish, Milwaukee has some of the best Mexican dishes I’ve ever had

  8. The class of this show is really off-outting when you allow people like Adam or Milly work with beards like that… it's absolutaly unsanitary to have a beard that big in the restaurant business.

No restaurant would allow this, I am absolutaly sure someone has eaten a hair of them at some point during this show

  9. I'm crying tears of joy right now….because I made same plate…just right now and I made it in Canada

  10. That chef and all of his ink? Is more prison style than chef of the world? Just saying…. how dare the Hollywood and t.v. people that used to judge? And now they glorify for the same persona? Most need to stop the cap on what is and used to be…especially if they are going to put forward the same personas as a professional .? When they used to present that persona as a criminal and prisoner? Just saying… that's why main stream needs to die… only small … with out the ability or want to sway

  11. Adam seemed like such a solid chef (and person) throughout this season, but unfortunately I think I'll always be a bit biased against him by virtue of the fact that he thought Mexican was a language.

  12. Ive only watched 3 of these, but im willing to bet the majority of them end in tie breakers. Gotta keep you there through that last commercial segment 😂

  13. I took slight offense to the comments about green bell peppers. They’re my favorite vegetable. They’re sweet and have a wide variety of uses.

  14. When he says "Milwaukee" I cry tears of joy too. Not because I'm from there but just because its such a humble answer, a humble guy who's proud of what he does.
