Formato nel 2009, The Winehouse Show è il primo tributo italiano a riproporre in tutta Europa la musica e l’immortale talento di Amy Winehouse, fin dal debutto internazionale sul palco del più grande Hard Rock Café del nostro continente.
Riconosciuto come uno dei migliori tributi al mondo dagli stessi musicisti di Amy Winehouse, la band ha avviato con questi ultimi una collaborazione artistica, ospitando per diversi concerti in Italia ed all’estero il suo storico chitarrista, Robin Banerjee.
Cinque musicisti professionisti, alta fedeltà negli arrangiamenti e nei dettagli visivi e scenografici, accompagnano un vero e proprio spettacolo che ruota attorno all’incredibile somiglianza fisica e vocale di Sara Antonelli con l’artista britannica.
Numerose sono inoltre le performance live ed apparizioni su giornali, radio e canali Tv nazionali ed europei (Corriere della Sera, RTL Hungary, TVR, Europa FM…), registrate in occasione di concerti tenuti dalla band presso i migliori locali europei.
Since 2009, The Winehouse Show is the first italian tribute band that brings around Europe the music and the immortal talent of Amy Winehouse, starting from the international debut on the stage of biggest european Hard Rock Café.
Universally recognised as one of the best tributes in the world, even by Amy Winehouse’s musicians, the band started with them an artistic collaboration, having as a guest for several concerts in Italy and abroad her historical guitarist, Mr. Robin Banerjee.
Five professional musicians,a very accurate fidelity to arrangements and both visual and scenographic details, contribute to achieving a real show that revolves around the incredible physical and vocal resemblance of Sara Antonelli with the British artist.
Furthermore the band can boast appearances in several national and european newspapers, radio and TV channels (Corriere della Sera, RTL Hungary, TVR, Europa FM …) recorded during concerts held in some of the best live music clubs in Europe.
