hello and welcome to my new video if you’re new here hi I’m Lex and today we are visiting an island that immediately captured my attention I mean the flag alone should be an indicator that you know I love this island like Cat Grumpy Cat anything cat related I already love but and I mean this sincerely you are not ready to see this Island’s map speaking of which there are brochures right here for you to grab so you can see your own map so let’s go ahead and check this out I mean shut up everyone shut up what the heck it’s Grumpy Cat on the animal crossing map the amount of skill and patience it must have taken to create that to finish it to make it actually look like Grumpy Cat on the map I can’t even imagine I cannot even imagine this island is by Lizzy L who I suppose is pretty here on this island we’ve also got meow meow and based on the hair color I’m really hoping that mamow ends up being like an old cat lady I don’t know I feel like that would be funny of course we’ve got an all Cat cast of characters on this island to honor the Grumpy Cat map theme so we have Mary here and then Felicity loli Anup HL Tangy Olivia Mitzy Bob and Raymond there is the dream address at the bottom of the screen if you would like to check it out and let’s go ahead and get started walking around obviously as soon as I saw this Island’s map I had to check it out but but of course the content of the island is also important and the pictures that accompanied the map I found Lizzy Lou the island Creator in my Discord server by the way when I saw the pictures accompanying the map I was like yeah this island is stunning we’ve got this cool Museum build here displaying some of the sculptures the statues for the museum I love these little fossil signs it’s like a little info card for what you could find in the museum as I was walking from the airport this island was kind of giving me an nostalgic energy like early Animal Crossing builds of like Castle areas except this one actually makes use of the castle walls and medieval building sides I just thought it was so pretty as I was walking through and look at this we’ve got a market right up front there’s a toy store corner here and then we’ve got the KK Corner a bunch of albums little music corner you know we’ve got some kind of shop here it’s decorative bottles so who knows what is inside them if anything we’ve also got little mono stands here which I think are gorgeous little clothing area you can see the um the seamstress tools here on the stall and then we’ve got like a pet shop down here how cute you can get a hamster a bird there’s a cat tower so I can only assume that you can get a cat especially given the theme of the island and then also a little food market here as well it’s like a little Street Food Market kind of I think it’s super cute I’m also a fan of how Lizzy Lou has filled in the grassy area it’s like kind of symmetrical I mean very symmetrical now that I’m looking at it I think it looks great the alternating bushes and fences this fence type I don’t see as often as I would have expected when I first started playing so I really appreciate that and then down on the beach here we’ve got some fishing gear you know natural Beach Decor here’s loli little cutie she’s walking around do you see what I mean with the Nostalgia though something about this island is so like 2020 Animal Crossing core it’s just very happy I don’t know how to describe it there’s like a Vibe and Lizzy L has captured that Vibe I love these medieval building sides kind of partitioning off this area so you can go onto the peninsula but you cannot proceed further you have to follow the land of the island and up here look at this gorgeous Garden we’ve got a lovely gazebo in the middle lots of statues making it very Grand I mean check that out and we’ve got different rose colors too around each one which feels sign ific kind of like a fantasy scenario it’s like this is a shrine area a nice little relaxing lounge area on this beach I love to see it filled in with a bakery spot here next to the river you’ve got a nice view it’s giving Italy somehow for me like a little Canal situation we’re also right next to resident services now which is where I woke up of course with Luna the resident services is also surrounded by a wealth of flowers that I think are gorgeous here’s the museum by the way so that that is where we were before back up to this Bakery though we can explore the right side of the island first I guess and I’m already seeing some gorgeous fake buildings happening here back in my day we did it the oldfashioned way with simple panels and look how cute it looks a very Majestic building here something you’d see on Pinterest in someone’s travel board you know and then over here something about this is very French to me just stunning so gorgeous I love the wedding pipe organ is that what they’re called whatever the wedding organ being used in the back to add some height to the build just a lot of buildings happening it feels like we’re genuinely walking down a busy City street lots happening it just feels very alive this town also look at the Little Flower barrels this feels like a town hall situation you go up the stairs and then you’re greeted with this gorgeous sight hello just beautiful there’s also stuff behind here we love attention to detail you can a sort of wedding kind of vibe happening on the street either that are just like I mean on the beach either that are just like listening to a band perform but it’s kind of giving wedding like beach wedding energy to me I don’t know yeah back here there’s like a mini market for books Games Etc very [Music] cute moving to the left up here I see a very fancy restaurant it has its own waitress which I think is adorable we’ve got a mannequin here standing in to serve you and then the the wedding chairs and tables they’re just stunning I love seeing these in use I love how fancy they feel just looks amazing and they’ve got this chill Corner over here for the cool guys who want to hang out you know we’re moving right along oh I didn’t even realize there was an incline here I was like prepared to stop we’ve got like a shrine Happening Here back of the island just two Capricorn ornaments and a moon you know very elegant kind of scary heading this way I love this custom design by the way the like patches of dirt and grass it looks so realistic the grass and up here is the resident representative house this is meow meow I do believe so there’s some interesting like artsy stuff out here let’s go check out the house oh look at this it’s stunning Lizzy L does a really good job I think with elegant energy in these builds we’ll go and check out the other rooms but this gorgeous pink Vibe is just amazing I feel like pink is kind of underrated in Animal Crossing aside from like cherry blossom Islands underused on our regular old islands and the Elegance carries on here’s the dining room a little cramped in the corner and it just feels very like I don’t know like rich people lived in you know what I mean I can see Butlers like scurrying around this is so lovely I wonder if this is just meant to be like a very wealthy European home well European style I’m thinking of like the what is it called in the US in North Carolina there’s that big old house the builtmore the builtmore estate if you haven’t heard of it look it up it’s gorgeous also a little pop quiz here do you call the orange cat Tangi or Tangi Tangi or Tangy oh look at this it’s giving like Powder Room a little dress up room I can be the best parts of my girlhood here look at this the tiara on the wall stop and it’s like a makes shift vanity this chair with the mirror on the desk that’s so cute and that desk the table is so precious It’s My Melody themed I always forget about the San Rio Furniture I need to scan all of their amiibos so I have access to that furniture I guess so I sto forgetting to use it these are gorgeous and the flowers have been polished so they have like an aura about them how cool that’s another feature I always forget is the ability to polish things ooh upstairs is like an outdoor Easter bananza is that a word Bonanza this is adorable look at all of the pink again which is just so cute but also the animal life here we’ve got a bunny and a bird in here a bird bath it’s just very well designed it’s also got this area over here that makes it seem like it’s like partially indoors almost like there’s a little like book deck out here complete with a library shelf and then over here is all outside so I kind of like that Vibe the separation I feel like we typically see all indoor and then a little outdoor area but this is giving like an indoor little area could also just be like a porch SL deck situation but I think it is beautiful oh look at the banners up there too I can’t remember the drapes there we go oh and then downstairs we have this huge relaxing bathroom it’s definitely got fancy very elegant Spa Vibes going on and again carrying that pink theme throughout it just looks stunning also love the night gown like ready on the wall here after you get out of the bath it’s like super late at night as I’m filming this and I’m like getting a little sleepy so this seems just like heaven to me I’d love to sink into a warm bath right now oh my gosh help me a reminder that that was just the first house there’s an entire other resident representative house very close by I also think we’re at the top of the grumpy cat sculpture here I believe yeah cuz look we’re on like Cliff edges so this is also designed on the map I was curious if there would be anything actually on the Grumpy Cat and it’s like a little Carnival area yeah look here his eyes made with the water I think that keeps it nice and simple can’t put any Pathways down or you mess up the flow on the map this looks phenomenal just super duper cute look at this entry way here’s his little mouth and nose I love it here so yeah we’ve got a sort of fair ground happening love the checkered roses too let’s head back across here and we can check out the other house I also love the waterfalls and everything that are happening here like look at this the use of the statues on the island is really lovely let’s head up to this second resident representative house This one belongs to pry oh pink again but some completely different Vibes whereas the first house was elegant this one has super duper cutesy Vibes happening look at the little look at the Little Dream thing over here the cat stop I have got to make use of the Sano items more okay in the back of the house all we’ve got these little I always want to jump when I see these blocks we’ve got like music and Decor up there but this is a kitchen definitely mostly for cooking there’s like a little bit of space for dining mostly a cooking kitchen though it almost seems very professional I don’t know oh and then we’ve got a cute little pom pom puran Cafe here look at the little couch and sign it’s like a cafe Bakery so you can get all of your sweets I could really go for a UL log right now look at how nice all of this looks I was just telling my boyfriend today that if we were ever to get married I want Animal Crossing uh cake toppers I want our cake topper to be our Animal Crossing characters wouldn’t that be cute to the right is the bathroom which makes a logical sense to me bathroom is always in the right room in my homes this is so pretty I like the mixture here we’ve got pink but a yellow wall kind of offsetting the like saturation of pink it’s a good combination I like this little yellow flower music box too honestly the wall could have been tying in this music box and I totally get that and respect it it’s super cute also forgot about the washer item and I can’t believe it can be pink I feel like I’ve never consciously recognized that and it’s adorable upstairs is like a nice gardeny kind of vibe like an indoor garden I don’t know I want to be in here though the outdoor bath in here that calming water sound and a piano the music is very relaxing the plants around this just feels like a very clean room I feel like I could be so productive in here and downstairs is the calmest most relaxing bedroom the Shell theme this like underwater Vibe is amazing there’s a very enclosed little dressing area over here which I appreciate there’s things hanging on the wall that you can see I will put the custom designs for this island in the description by the way as they are provided by Lizzy Lou this is just gorgeous and the star lights the Nova lights on the wall stunning all right heading down also I appreciate the very like professional looking pool here this looks so Chic I don’t know very nice though as a little deck element there for the house oh and over here we’ve got a sort of like beachy kind of like a tiki Festival theme happening I don’t know where I get Festival Vibes you can buy some scuba deer some diving things that have your time on the beach I love that that’s right next to the secret Beach I feel like I typically put like surfboard and Diving suits and stuff near the front of the beaches or to the side so it’s cool to see it here for the secret Beach It also says homes this way and look at this like we crossed into a secret garden or something look how pretty this is very elegant very calming what a beautiful area and moving this way there’s also this enclosed little castle area there’s a port Callis here a little castle gate blocked and flamingos is this Lotus Reef here we have this super duper cute little area for refreshment in front of scooter and bike parking that’s adorable actually I need to get these custom designs for the parking spots oh and we’re night okay so there were a little house elements or vs because we’re in the neighborhood the Villager neighborhood so these villagers they look like Tang’s house for sure but this villager like theme over here is working out I guess they’re watching a nature Whatchamacallit documentary but what they’re actually wanting to do is work out then down here we’ve got Ana’s house I’d recognize it anywhere and she has her cute little desert theme I also love that the houses are matching it’s it’s kind of like a game of like which is the right house like you try to go in anas but what if you go in the wrong one cuz they’re identical could be either of them I’m going to guess left I’m going to guess left is Ana let’s go oh my gosh I’m so good at this game I don’t think her house has been edited she has this just stunning gold interior she it’s very very Egyptian princess of her she’s a super cute villager underrated look at her look at her okay let’s go but yeah I think that’s cool it’s like a little mini game built into the island can you guess which villager is which let’s go down this way there’s also a little Canal here and there’s more stuff on the other side oh this leads to the Grumpy Cat area so like the festival and everything and there’s a little booth for hanging out getting some refreshment over here as well so it’s the neighborhood on this side and then Grumpy Cat in the middle there’s Tangy hello Queen oh I didn’t even see this like beach camping spot you very cute the colors here are very calming as well I think they all fit together so seamlessly and that’s certainly a feat because a lot of colors are happening on this island I don’t even know whose home typically looks like this if I had to guess I’d say Felicity out of the villagers on this island but I’m not going to go into all the houses cuz I want you guys to be able to guess if you go to this island and play the game so that’s just super cute we’ve got like a Japanese Cuisine sort of vibe going on here moving down the way oh I see the campsite over there down here I believe this house is Raymond this house design so one of them is Raymond one of them is a fraud an impostor also I keep seeing meow meow walking around let’s talk to her welcome cute this is like a very professional setup I I wonder if the decor ax is hint cuz this is an office desk and his house is typically an office so I’m like I wonder if that’s his house oh my gosh it is I’m a genius I’m a genius sry I just said I wasn’t going to go check on all of them so that you guys could like do the little the little quizzing to be fair I don’t know whose house design this is either I just think it’s so cool that Lizzy L took the time to edit their exteriors to match you know and this is a very cute area a little tea time these villagers like to share their little gossips here very pretty and I think that’s the end of the Villager neighborhood and come down onto the beach and there’s a boardwalk with a tiki bar how classic one of the best animal crossing builds just tiki bars in general there’s some surfboards some porta potties over here I guess these could also be like little little storage sheds but they’re portapotty to me that’s my that’s my true let’s go to the left make sure we didn’t miss anything on these beaches just some SE eating some cute little Fountain area a little doll tea party going on over here the doll item is creepy to me we’re not going to sit with her sorry she is wearing pink though and it might be a Wednesday I don’t know oh I love the lights on the sidewalk here I hadn’t paid attention to them before but they’re so nice kind of guiding your way along here is the campsite that I mentioned that we could see from the neighborhood how welld designed again very colorful So Many Colors happening I like that there are bikes here it’s just giving Outdoors you campsite just super cute and I like that the ground doesn’t feel cluttered here like there’s sparse Custom Designs so you can see a lot of the open grass which feels right for the campsite I say having my campsite be completely on wooden deck pathing I’m a little hypocrite sometimes I’ll look at this some more restful areas on the beach complete with a blender and a microwave you can make your smoothies your drinks your noodles whatever you need to do I’m also loving the little Flamingo friends we’re seeing around and here is a beach picnic complete with a cat bed because of course and also a little dog here maybe that bed is meant for the dog actually the cats are keeping pet dogs to assert their dominance over dog life forms and I passed the shopping district here so there’s some scaffolding involved Nook granny is being upgraded I wish there were more upgrades to Nook cranny you know we only have two give us like five give us like five let us have more items each day that would be ideal love the little pink touches here though in the tool area especially kind of subverting some gender Norms there that is adorable look at the Little Flower pattern too I didn’t even notice it at first the stonework with the flowers that’s adorable and then to the left of Nooks cranny is the beautiful able sister set up with these just ABS oh they’re stunning these dresses are stunning perfect for exploring this tropical island again I will put custom designs including the dresses in the description for you and oh I love that Fountain there it is definitely contributing to this like little Marketplace aesthetic it feels very official down here and moving this way I believe yeah this is the bottom of Grumpy Cat’s face so there’s his nose and his mouth from earlier you can see the full middle of the map where the grumpy cat is which is still so cool to me by the way I can’t believe you got that to work with the terraforming it just looked amazing and honestly we kind of did a complete circle of the island because we’re now back at the airport I’m pretty sure we’ve explored everything please let me know Lizzy if I missed anything we’d love to see all of your Island here is the other resident representative prie says cat lady obviously we’re all cat ladies here to me that’s my personal truth I’m a cat lady although I did quite enjoy walking around in my Lotus wreath pineapple hat Persona anyway I hope you all were as impressed with this island as I am I think the Grumpy Cat map is so funny and then also the island itself is so stunningly designed so what a good combo thank you all for hanging out today and I will
