Thank you for watching.

[Music] hi and welcome back to my channel as you can see I’m standing on the busy busy Streets of London which means only one thing that I am here to check out another Indian restaurant and today I have chosen Bombay Buel now as the name suggests very clearly this place is inspired by food from Mumbai and not just that they have also taken inspiration from kind of the train scene of India the Dabba walas of India so I’m hoping to see some Decor that is inspired by all of that but being from Bombay I am most excited about the food because I’m expecting some uh pows and I’m expecting some delicious chart so yeah I’m not going to waste any more time I’m going to go in and check out the food but before that don’t forget to subscribe and hit the Bell button let’s go in pandra this is where I used to live these are just like the Indian railways you usually have a like a thing to put your stuff on and a mirror in the train so they’ve just got kind of recreated that here right so we’re heading into the kitchen this is our lunch menu yeah we made this menu especially for the officious people who wants to have a quick lunch and send two course and three course and it’s very reasonable price also we put this menu two course is ยฃ5 and three course is uh 29 or 30 pounds yeah so that everybody and people can afford and have much as much uh they can that’s our main menu okay and uh these are the small plates Raj kachori is the favorite for everybody during the dinner time we sell a lot Samosa Papi chart is the famous One Dosa Bombay is a metropolitan City where you will see the people from across the country all the states comes to Bombay and when people come to Bombay when from different part of the India they their culture they bring their food and you will find everything from all part of Cuisine all part of culture from India to the in Bombay you will find CH b as same like Delhi you will find Italy same like from South and you like all the cuisine there you know that’s the theme here in Bombay Buel you will get everything which is more famous and popular in Mumbai so you can see the mixture of this onion Baja is ready which is typically Bombay style and uh now we will make a bajia for this Kanda bajia pow and he’s just deep frying it qu PW and bajia PW is the most popular in Bombay Street everybody will like to have this once you are in Mumbai with gati Masala and uh fried green chili is is my favorite Rakim mapa is one of the famous uh dish in our menu okay and uh beat any pite of the time lunch or dinner this is the most selling item and uh people love this dish [Music] [Music] the famous Dosa but we have made interesting here the small size and we have two dosas a variety of Dosa one is alum masala dosa and second is duck Dosa so duck we make with the chatar with the chatar spices stand very nice put little B of mango chne lovely slow oh beautiful kachori and take one and this is the sweet yogurt we put on the base here this is spiced potato we have put already the Masala in the potatoes when you eat R Raj kachori it should not feel very fine dining it should feel messy you know that’s how you fill up with this yogurt check some tamarine here and this is our we call vatana piece lentils Masala lentil Raj kachori is totally stuffed with this yogurt potato batana so when you’ll break it should come out Lux this is bagira powder which is roasted cumin there is our homemade Masala save here some of the coriander chop here this is the plate for Raj kachori it should go quickly otherwise this will get uh soft by putting on the base it’s when you will break this it will go down only and then everything part will be a chatpata here is the Raj kachori you have Tamarin Chutney if you feel less you have yogurt sweet yogurt mint Chutney and the sa to put extra on the plate if you need oh is it good yeah oh wonderful it’s the Raj kachori the Kanda pajia pow bomb sandwich is the Kima pow and the trio of Deuces and The Cutting chai oh beautiful full okay so I am now enjoying all the food so basically as I said earlier it’s all about everyday Indian Street Food BMB food food like the chef said mix of all the different people who move to Bombay almost like London where we sitting right now and different cultures and the Dosa I love the idea of mini dossas because they’re easy to eat also you can have different kinds of fillings chatney are so fresh the rod kachori is packed with flavor and actually so far I haven’t seen Raj kachori really on a menu so this is fantastic though I’m not a fan of lamb that Kima doesn’t actually taste like lamb it it’s packed with flavors there’s so much happening in that and that cutting chai is just perfect with this kind of food the toasty is great the Kanda power is great I like this kind of food like Street Foody kind of food so this is like my kind of place with all the fun stuff and they have other things too but you know this is kind of their main showcase menu yeah I need this nonstop like on the go continuous which would be perfect that um Kima obviously you can tell it’s meat but the flavors are incredible this is very exciting it’s actually gulab jamun tiasu and you can see there are little gulab Jam at the bottom of this so I’m going to dig into this oh look at that there is the Golab Jam right that is the gab Jam T I love Theo I love gulab jamun mixing the two just makes complete sense gulab jamun can be really sweet so this cream kind of balances it out and makes it less sweet and makes it creamier because gulab Jam can be a bit sickly sweet but this is perfectly balanced Great Dessert to end this delicious meal right so I have just finished the meal it has been a quiet afternoon because I came just as they were about to close for their lunch and they kindly let me in because I’ve traveled a bit to get here which is why I got the restaurant almost to myself which was amazing and I can talk to you guys freely here so just to kind of wrap up the episode and brief about the food I really enjoyed the food that cutting chai my favorite bit actually Kima po was outstanding actually and I’m not a lamb fan this is crazy but the Bombay Sandwich uh the little mini doers and the kachori Raj kachori everything was really delicious if I’m around here I’ll definitely be back and this is such centrally located so close to Oxford Street that it makes perfect sense and quite easily accessible as well right I hope you enjoyed the video Don’t don’t forget to subscribe I’ll be back in my kitchen from next week and I will cook something delicious for you guys till then bye

  2. So good to see some authentic Indian food that Brits are not familiar with. Food looked gorgeous as is the decor. Really cool.

  3. Food looks delightful. The train-inspired decor with the cane chairs and paint colors is quite smart. Love your tour of UK's Indian food offerings. Thank you for this travel vlog/review.

  4. Loved this one Chetna,I am particularly fond of Indian street food, and quite a lot of the more modern Indian restaurants in New York City are offering more, and more street food. The keema Pao is very popular,,samosa chaat,I have never seen the Kachori Pao,but looks very good,we have Dosa restaurants, but I havenโ€™t seen small one,itโ€™s a good idea,as you said, you can try more than one,one of my favourites is Pav Bhaji.I really like the Decoration at that restaurant.

  5. Great review. I've been here a few times and loved it. This just reminded me to go back again โค
