I tried homemade pasta in Bologna Italy. The restaurant I went to was Osteria da Fortunata. Theres a lady making homemade pasta at the front window. I ordered a carbonara. It had a good thick taste of cheese and egg. The bacon had a good crisp. I was a bit disappointed it cost 15 euros and I had to pay another 2 euros for them to set the table.
