  1. If you have to use technology to cook sausage, I have news. You should show different ways of cooking them. Also different types of sausage.

  2. This is true, I have fully cooked sausages by frying alone. I will say, however, that boiling certain sausages like bratwurst or kielbasa in beer first does impart a rather delightful flavor.

  3. Adding water has nothing to do with getting to the correct temp. Water keeps the initial cooking temp lower allowing more amino acids and sugar to come out of the sausages (or other meets), which enhance browning.

  4. But adding water to the pan and boiling off the water makes it taste so much better

  5. Take it out of the pan then take temp. Cause you could go through the meat and the temp may not be accurate…and how do you know THEY have a crispy sausages?😲🤨🤔🧐🙄😠🫣🤐
