look at this town what do you love about this 
town what do you love about this town those  
mountains that Tower I can picture us living in 
this town can you mhm welcome back to wandering  
with wine where we scour the internet every 
week to find the best of the best homes for  
sale in Italy for you and for us because we are 
searching for home in Italy ourselves but if if  
you don’t want to sift through a ton of sites and 
go through all these listings and you just want to  
tune in somewhere and find the best property you 
are in the right place if you want to live in a  
home that’s close to something like this so you 
can explore Verrucole Castle constructed in the  
11th and 12th century is just down the street from 
this home yeah you’re not in China this is not the  
Great Wall of China but it looks like it not not 
only are there spectacular views from the castle  
this is the view from the home we’re featuring 
this week okay babe woo yes I can’t wait to see  
this one so let’s get into it we are in the 
hamlet of Villetta in Tuscany €199,000 about  
$212,000 U.S. and we spoke with the real estate 
agent for this property this one’s negotiable so  
keep that in mind negotiable three bedroom three 
bath over 2100 square feet yep 1615 square foot  
Garden the Terrace you got a little sneak peek of 
there’s a Cantina and a three car garage yep and  
two parking spaces outside and two parking spaces 
outside do we have any trekkies out there you got  
one right here we have one obviously right there 
who has seen Star Trek 4 the Voyage Home I love  
sci-fi and I love time travel so this one was a 
good one 1986 was a good year okay so while they  
were filming that uh James T Kirk took a picture 
of this property and this is it let’s take a look  
okay kind of north in the middle cute little 
Hamlet I mean this it’s big for a hamlet yeah  
this is a big Hamlet and we have a big surprise 
for this one yeah and for extra points please  
comment down below James T Kirk what does the T 
stand for oh I know that one oh nice you made me  
a Trekkie Star Wars fan yeah this is to give you 
a little bit of perspective so Villetta is where  
the home is located San Romano in Garfagnana is 
close by with about 1,400 residents and amenities  
and then Castelnuovo di Garfagnana is close 
by as well with about 4,000 5,000 residents  
so lots of amenities in the area which is so 
nice you’re not going to say it what one of  
the towns on this map sounds very much like our 
last name yes and it’s right there right there  
how do you get to this cute Hamlet and this 
cute wife she’s not there right now but there  
are two airports one is in Pisa it’s an hour 
and 18 minutes away and one is in Florence  
an hour and a half away so you have plenty of 
options and if you want to take a train to Pisa  
it’s about an hour and 19 minutes away and why 
would I be saying that I don’t know Jaimewife  
maybe because there is a train in Villetta a 
train in a hamlet what else could you ask for  
and you can pause the video right here look at all 
the places you can go from Villetta Castelnuovo  
di Garfagnana is on there only 5 minutes away 
with all those amenities where would you go  
oh oh jinx you owe me a beer slash glass of wine 
um I would go to Viareggio why because it sounds  
like my name Viareggio and Biaggio where would 
you go definitely definitely Genoa Genoa one of  
of the great things about this Hamlet is besides 
the train besides the train is there are tons of  
bus stops right there you can go anywhere you 
want to go and we’ve done planes trains buses  
now automobiles where you going babe I’m going to 
Lucca Lucca is less than an hour away where are  
you going babe I’m going to Florence of course 
less than 2 hours away where you going next oh  
where I was going on the train yeah you can take 
the train or you can drive 2 hours and 22 minutes  
that kind of reminds me of your birthday in some 
way I’m not going to tell you how but that’s a  
sign sign birthday wife and then Marseille one 
of our long road trips that we would take only 6  
hours away that’s great and it looks like this 
all right all right that’s a salute moment so  
beautiful salute the south of France is close 
salute Marseilles is France’s oldest city one  
of the oldest in Europe founded by the Greeks in 
600 BC that’s cool and it looks like this it’s  
so gorgeous okay there’s one or two boats in this 
picture and why would there be one or two boats in  
this picture because they have stunning beaches 
there’s also amazing street art everywhere and  
you have the Mediterranean climate in France I 
mean this one pretty cool yep right here it’s  
so nice 6 hours from this property before we 
get to the property we’re going to knock out  
some need to knows but also have to let you know 
that the this one is big one minute wander is so  
good yes this is at the top of my list with the 
Cottanello one minute wander we had with all the  
Italian charm this one yeah yeah it’s good make 
sure you stick around the one minute wander is at  
the end of the video it’s my favorite one minute 
wander that we’ve done so far oh it is oh I didn’t  
know that uh oh it’s good the hospital is only 
13 minutes away Doctors close you know they’re  
not right in town but they’re very close to town 
yep dentists no teeth in town but there’s a tooth  
really close and then there’s a lot of teeth 
down in Castelnuovo I like that tooth that’s  
a pretty tooth right there uh Pharmacy 11 minutes 
away 10 minutes away veterinarian oh who wants to  
see the pups oh you want to see all right here we 
go Zoe apparently is sleeping so Maui where’s your  
sissy oh where’s Zoe Zoe monkey we want to make 
sure that there is a veterinarian close to us and  
there is in this property it is how far away babe 
8 minutes 8 minutes away to the veterinarian’s  
office Honeyman yes would you like to wander 
through the town with me I think so what yes oh  
definitely say jeez okay look at this house okay 
I’ll take that one this is not the house but it’s  
pretty and of course mountains everywhere look 
how pretty look at the mountains in the background  
layers of mountains it’s gorgeous so okay I mean 
this is an ideal area very beautiful Vineyard down  
there okay I’ll take it yeah let’s head down the 
road I know I love you know the foliage and like  
the forest curvy roads through the mountains look 
at that stone wall I love a good stone wall this  
is pretty here babe it really isn’t it nice yeah 
I know I love it and then when you see all these  
little Hilltop towns as you’re going to so all 
throughout here there’s like little markets and  
stores there’s a restaurant right there parking 
yep parking which is nice to have in town wow  
look at all these bars and restaurants okay I 
could just spend a couple months right here in  
this area you know all of a sudden there’s road 
construction that’s all right that means it’s  
done by now by the time you buy this house the 
construction’s done exactly um but again look  
at the mountain views and it’s just a really cute 
little town I love it yeah these cute houses looks  
like you know they’re keeping up with everything 
mountains everywhere yep look at those oh again  
all right and look at the town in the background 
if this house was a tent I would probably buy it  
just to get this view gorgeous here we are we 
have arrived at the house okay I love this cute  
Courtyard area it’s got multiple entrances 
let’s check out one of them right now okay  
front entrance what we’re considering the front 
entrance you go through this door here make a  
right and then you’re in the kitchen let me guess 
you like this tile of course I do okay I know it’s  
really cute I love the wood with the tile the 
floors and and then the nice sink there’s your  
cook top and oven yeah I like on the left it’s got 
some tile there some brown tile with like smoke so  
something was going on I would have left that too 
cuz it’s like a piece of history and I really like  
that probably their former oven right and then 
I love the big window in the kitchen so nice  
it’s a good size yeah and then in the one picture 
too it looks like there might be a dishwasher so  
bonus yeah lots of natural light I mean this one 
is cute as you leave the kitchen there’s another  
set of French doors you go through those doors and 
you are in another living area with pretty floors  
and okay yep look at that view Juliet Balcony you 
know the only problem with this place everyone  
and that’s you thanks too everyone and my wife 
there’s no fireplace in this ha of course there is  
fireplace I mean this is pretty amazing yeah nice 
wood burner it’s really pretty yep then you get a  
good shot of those floors and just so you know 
all throughout the home there are double glazed  
windows we are back in this gorgeous Courtyard 
and what do I see I see a door right in front of  
us that leads into a kitchen another kitchen the 
owners currently use this as a summer kitchen and  
I think you know if you’re moving to Italy and 
you’re living the dream and you like all the  
flexibility and the quirkiness you know what 
this gives you maximum flexibility right here  
is where you go into that summer kitchen into 
this beautiful space another living area Okay  
flexibility like I said with Gorgeous ceilings 
and floors and windows so bright and Airy  
and open uhoh uhoh I see French doors to 
something that might be called a happy hour  
Tower I love this Terrace I love alfresco dining 
as you all know I would be out here morning noon  
and night soaking in that view enjoying this 
space that’s a killer view it really is and  
I said this in the previous video but you know 
in this property I mean look at this there’s a  
ton of homes down there in this property you’re 
higher than those homes and what does that mean  
you’re closer to the Sun and what does that mean 
that means that if you buy this property you’re  
going to get the best tan of anyone in this 
town this is picturesque for sure and check  
this out okay we wanted to show you this because 
this happy hour Tower is built into the side of  
the mountain and I really like that for some 
reason I’m not sure why but I think it’s amazing  
I think it’s just unique it makes it different I 
love that you are standing on the amazing happy  
hour tower look back at the house what do you 
see you see this what do you see babe it needs  
a little bit of a paint job but that’s easy that’s 
not renovation that’s just tidying up Jaime’s a  
heck of a painter we don’t consider painting and 
cleaning a renovation at all we want to go in and  
do some stuff anyway look on the right there’s 
the mountain come around the mountain and what do  
you see you see a little bit of a yard what else 
do you see you see more of the yard and the yard  
could needs a little help little help use some 
water yeah um I’d water it you’d water it we’d  
all water it um what else do we have more there 
it is yard garden and then even more okay what is  
it 1,600 square feet for fruits and vegetables 
and what could you put right there babe little  
Greenhouse maybe a greenhouse maybe okay let’s 
go up these stairs right here and into the first  
of the three bedrooms floors floors floors love 
those floors view view view view view view for  
you you you it’s a good space look at that okay 
I just need a minute talk I know I personally I  
love when you can see some of the rooftops as well 
and then you see the view in the distance it just  
feels like you’re in Italy just different here 
is a shot of the second bedroom that’s up there  
there are three bedrooms on this floor this one is 
number two yep and there’s a guitar in there honey  
I always joke with Biaggio when there’s a guitar 
that everybody can play guitar but he can actually  
play guitar should we show them you could actually 
play guitar I don’t know yeah I think we should go  
get your guitar all right all right what song 
should you never play when you go into a guitar  
store I think it was on Wayne’s World right I 
think so [Music – playing Stairway to Heaven]
Mhm thanks for that honey yeah anytime anytime 
I love when you play guitar actually from now  
on anytime I see a guitar and any of these photos 
I’m going to play a song I think this is our first  
time for in Italy it’s not our first time but it’s 
the first time for something like that okay go  
ahead what do we see here this is another look 
in that second bedroom killer view again right  
two nice big Windows love that yep you wake up 
in the middle of the night and you need a bidet  
carino and you got a bidet carino this bathroom 
is new fresh and clean what do you think yep I  
like it nice floors of course a tub which is 
always a nice to have Mhm yep window you got  
it all yep good size leaving that bedroom you head 
into a hallway into the third bedroom that looks  
like this all right light and bright and Airy 
yep nice window classic Italian view Tom Hanks  
approved right there Da Vinci Code Da Vinci Code 
Da Vinci Code all right yep even a better shot of  
that view and what’s even better is you have an 
ensuite bidet carino bidet carino I love a good  
cute bidet how about you of course another new 
fresh and clean bathroom it is and here is the  
giant Cantina already has the Terracotta floors 
salt coming through the wall standard throw some  
paint up there uh three car garage there is 
no picture of it there are two outdoor parking  
spaces no picture but the real estate agent could 
send you whatever you’re interested in and yep you  
got it I know what you’re going to say you got 
it there’s a third bathroom and we couldn’t get  
a shot of it and we’re sorry about that but you 
have three bathrooms yep the third one is on the  
main level the first well what they call the first 
no the ground floor ground floor yep as always we

one grocery store I’m losing my voice I’m hitting  
puberty grocery store in town and there are 
multiple in the area restaurants there are  
tons in the area looking at this view it looks 
like there’s only one in town There’s actually  
three and one of them has a pizza slice yum if 
you’ve been watching our channel for a little  
bit uh here’s the question what kind of dining 
does Jaimewife like you know this alfresco dining  
for the Jaimewife oh I didn’t pick my Batman for 
the week who’s your Batman what’s the what’s the  
guy from the 50s or the 60s what was his name 
I have no idea it’s what is the actor’s name  
for the original Batman in the’ 60s with the Kapow 
and all that stuff let us know is that a movie no  
it’s a series oh The Batman series and they’re in 
the tights with Robin okay anyway alfresco dining  
for the you might be old enough to remember that 
but I am not Jaimewife she is younger than me as  
you can tell well I love Alfresco dining I love 
a gorgeous view like this and on top of that I  
love a charcuterie like all right I call her uh 
charcuterie wife sometimes too so this one looks  
fantastic and there’s red wine red vino salute 
there are a couple of bars in town several in  
the area and this is coffee bar Gelato Cafe wine 
yep pretty much get whatever you want go and meet  
your neighbors meet people hang out mhm have fun 
speaking of fun would you like to elevate your  
drinking me yes of course I would would you like 
to elevate your drinking yes all right what do we  
got how about at a winery that is only 11 minutes 
away and it looks like this all right all right  
let’s take a look at that look at that town up on 
the hillside looking down at this Winery what what  
is that okay tell me about that babe you can bring 
your RV there mhm we never really thought about  
the whole RV thing in Europe but I’m actually 
kind of interested in it you guys might know  
thumbs down thumbs up maybe no opinion this looks 
pretty fun though and then look at that all right  
killer views the grass looks better than the grass 
at the property because maybe you pour wine on the  
grass um but you know this looks really relaxing 
with a beautiful view and a nice bottle of wine  
and a beautiful wife give me a love you I love you 
too I love that cantina del wino that right there  
is going to go on the front door of the property 
that we buy cantina del wino in honor of me time  
for some fun stuff skiing lots of options in the 
area the closest is about 36 minutes away that’s  
good that is pretty good right it’s not too bad 
yeah all right and that’s not too bad what’s he  
carrying down there a giant hot dog with Texas 
on it it does what else this is a weird ski  
area snowboard I guess you know those conditions 
actually look pretty good they do and you have  
a beautiful view yep it’s killer I love it yep 
hiking lots of options in the area the closest  
is 11 minutes away and I love this five waterfalls 
at this park okay I amazing you know that would be  
great our last last week’s property was our first 
waterfall and now we bring you another waterfall  
we love waterfalls there are some bike paths in 
the area looks like this all right okay I mean  
uh the house right there that’s not the house 
we just showed you it’s a house we’ll bring to  
you next week if your budget is 2 or 3 million 
dollars um but if you’re on a bike ride and you  
get kind of hot and sweaty then you know what you 
can probably go for a dip in this Lake I like to  
you know fall back into the water it’s very nice 
pretty actually go back babe this looks like what  
lake in North Carolina go Bass Lake Bass Lake 
in Blowing Rock does your husband love to play  
golf or wife mhm my husband does and my wife is 
starting to uh the closest one to this property  
is about 5 minutes away perfect where’s the beach 
the beach is an hour and 25 minutes away and what  
does it look like Jaime looks like this all right 
you know that’s pretty nice actually mountains in  
the back background a little Santa Barbara-y you 
know oh it does have that Vibe kind of like it  
yeah wrapping up the fun stuff camping is close 
by there’s a pool close by uh one thing about the  
pool I want to say in Italy I just found this 
out uh oh okay do not pee in the pool they put  
those chemicals in there and you pee and it 
turns you know yellow or green or something  
so don’t do it don’t do it tell us about athletic 
fields there are a ton of athletic fields in the  
area as expected you could pee on the side of an 
athletic field behind a tree and there’s going to  
be no chemicals that show that you did it it’s 
like you’re an animal in the woods like a deer  
peeing on a tree the woods a deer peeing you’re 
an animal in the woods Jaime speaking of an animal  
in the woods oh there are multiple butchers Bambi 
don’t say that have you ever eaten venison no yes  
you have when when when you lived in the Poconos I 
never lived in the Poconos I lived in the Poconos  
okay go ahead how many butchers are there in 
the area babe There is a butcher in town and  
several in the area Okay bakeries not one 
right in town but pretty close 5 10 minutes  
and I wonder did you talk to my wife and did she 
send you a photo to okay that’s too bad oh okay  
um yum all of it and yum again wow there’s all 
kinds of treats here cakes pies cupcakes tarts  
or something woo yeah okay this home has bakeries 
I was like uh oh you lost the word I did there  
are multiple gas stations in the area there are 
multiple electric vehicle charging stations in  
the area multiple schools learn something there 
is a church in town there is a post office close  
to the property why do you need a post office 
babe oh again was coming back yeah why do you  
need a post office so you can send things home 
to your fans fends and framily and family yeah  
friends and family friends and family why do 
you want to send something home to your friends  
and families cuz you love them and you want 
to send them goodies from Italy okay perfect  
okay okay hardware stores hardware stores okay 
multiple in the area not in town Auto Repair  
shops very close to town clothing stores if you 
wear clothes are we bringing that back too there  
are no nudest colonies that I know of in this 
area no but there are a ton of clothing stores  
in Castelnuovo lots of banks in the area 
hair salons one in town Spa in town Spa in  
Hamlet Spa in the hamlet a train in the hamlet a 
butcher in the hamlet okay bus stops in the hamlet  
stops train to go where else you need yeah yeah 
that’s all we need if you visit the nudist colony  
that might be in the area then you want to go 
to the gym 14 minutes away you want to look  
your best you can’t hide behind nothing there’s 
no nudist Colony here is that a true statement  
we don’t know if there’s one let’s put it that 
way there might be a nudist colony in the stop  
saying nudist wandering with wine property 
of the week area honey man yes talk Italy to

uh hi Jaime’s mom whose name happens to be  
Andrea that’s true uh you say it babe 
you can read it and say it this one’s

minute wander and this week’s so nice remember  
this is my favorite one minute Wander of all time 
here we go saying a lot so this is a two-bedroom  
two bath over 1100 square feet €75,000 about 
80,000 U.S. we’re going to do a quick little  
walk in the hamlet here in Vibbiana I mean look at 
that road and the stone that’s gorgeous I know and  
we’re showing you this because this is over there 
on the other side is the back side of the property  
there’s mountains everywhere this is looking at 
the front of the property beautiful right here  
is one of the neighbors look at that stone look 
at that even in the I mean I was going to say new  
fresh and clean but this is old fresh and clean 
in a very good way yep it is gorgeous look at  
those mountains and the stone everywhere is just 
stunning it is I love this place yep for sure here  
we are looking at the front of the property all 
of the shutters open this kind of looks like an  
old farmhouse you know it does I wonder if it was 
when they broke it up yeah I love that stone wall  
you know me and stone walls y looks like there’s 
a screen on that top floor which is really nice  
so again here’s the back of the property those 
upstairs windows they’re seeing those gorgeous  
Mountain views yep all right into the kitchen I 
love the blue cabinets personally the wood beam
