The same people who hosted the German Christmas Village are returning with the Wine Village at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. “We built it on the example of German wine villages that we have, especially in the wine growing areas,” said Thomas Bauer, one of the organizers of Wine Village in Baltimore. The newest pop-up in downtown Baltimore offers a chance to drink wine at a European-style wine village that will be open May 9-27. West Shore Park at the Inner Harbor has been transformed into an open-air, garden-style venue, with more than two dozen wines from countries, like Germany and Italy.
