My name is Richard Edwards, I‘m originally from London, England with a good fill of Italian blood (3 generations back). Piedmont (Piemonte), Italy is home and has been since 2002.

good morning and welcome to this
fantastic place I’m just 5 minutes from
the center of AE in this beautiful Villa
that’s on top of a hill that’s got 360°

well this is way out of my league so I’m
not I’m not going to watch this but but

beautiful this region is because this is
often a part of pante that’s missed
because people consider AE as an
industrial town but but really it’s not
and the landscape immediately outside of
it is something quite fantastic we’re
just west of Al uh of ASE here Alba’s
just to my South here thino in this
direction it’s an incredible property so

beautiful
space there signs that it needs some TLC
some some bit of care the shutters
painting things like this but otherwise
it’s in excellent condition the roof is
excellent and I have to comment on The
View this view is is it’s like an oil
painting on a clear day it’s something
beautiful just enjoy the view for a

moment this Valley directly in front of
us here was probably cut by ice or uh
very very heavy water this area was
under under the sea for a lot longer
than other areas in
Pon you can find fossilized shells and
things like this they’ve even found
skeletons of sharks and whales in these
hills around

condition and and the place is habitable
immediately all the electrics are in

there’s also an industrial kitchen down
below we’ll come to that in a moment but
you can see it’s a fully fitted kitchen
beautiful marble
worktops all fitted units which of
course will be included in the

sale then next to this is the dining
room with his this beautiful long table
and fantastic views I’m afraid that my
camera is not good enough to be able to
capture the inside light and outside at
the same time but the view is beautiful

room that we entered into this is back
into the entrance way we just entered
from the outside in the door to the left
then down here is a small

wine tasting
room and I saw this property about 15 16
years ago when the owners bought the
property and this was all in very poor
condition so they’ve spent a lot of
money restoring this this was like more
like a Farm building this section of the
house but they lavished a lot of money
put in this right to have wine tasting
events here and then next to this is
this wonderful industrial kitchen all
very high quality and this is all
included in the sale of course

and then we go back just a little bit
into the house and we have the stairway
down to the wine Celler the Cantina and
you can see it’s this beautiful ancient
brick again all been lovingly restored a

the copper piping all all been done to a
very high quality you got great wine
storage here because the temperature is
always consistent here with this
beautiful brick

beautiful ceilings and and the uh the
beams and they’ve done a really good job
with lighting as well this is something

really nailed it here it’s something

now we’re going back up into the house
and here’s a Stairway to the first floor
or if you’re in America the second floor
so we’re back on the ground level
there’s a doorway there to the
courtyard and we go up the stairs in
front of us there is one of the
apartments but we’ll come to that later
let me show you what’s on the first
floor first you can see all the rooms
are air conditioned and there are four
bedrooms up here three of them are on
Suite all very nicely done all in
excellent
condition it really is a turnkey
property that you can move into straight

apartment now we’re going to go back up
the stairs again you’re not going crazy
we have already been up these stairs but
this time what I want to do is to show
you how you get to the apartment well

anyway so we come up this uh the first
flight of stairs and enter into this
actually quite big
apartment again all in very good
condition has this big living
room open fire place

the kitchen in here as well all these
items are
staying the house is not being sold by
Italians and so Italians would normally
take light fittings and kitchen units
and things like this but it’s not the
case with this
property then from here we enter a
bedroom
and it currently has two large beds in
here because the owners have children
but a nice room wood uh ceilings again
beautiful views from both
sides and wooden floor and there’s a
little stairway there up to The Loft
space and the second bedroom again a
good size again has a beautiful
view has air conditioning heating of

and here we’re back outside and these
are the other two apartments to the side
of the house on the left of the house on
that stairway there to the left there
are actually two staircases up to the
apartments so you can easily separate
them and this beautiful Terrace on top
of the wine production area as
well and this fantastic View all the the
hills are are topped with castles and
large churches it’s quite
fantastic and again all in fantastic
condition so let’s have a look at the
first apartment we go up these stairs
and through this
doorway and we can see beautiful
Apartments again vaulted
ceilings and good space excellent
rentals or if you’re doing functions
such as weddings
it’s
perfect on this floor is a sitting room
and the
kitchen and a

bathroom this up the
stairs and we come here to two
bedrooms let’s go in the one on the left
let call it the red bedroom and it’s
it’s not huge but for overnight stays
maybe for children uh it’s perfect and
then we have this uh blue
bedroom again with Ved
ceilings and two double beds again

sink and then we come to the second
apartment
and it’s quite a different
layout again living room kitchen

now we’re on the lower level and we’re
in front of those uh gray doors that you
saw from the Drone shot and this is
where all the wine production is done
and storage we can see here storage of
wine there’s a lot of wine stored here
at the moment
Oak barrels all the equipment you need
for looking after The
Vineyards and there’s currently somebody
there that does all this uh for the
owner the owner doesn’t do it himself he
employs people to look after The
Vineyards and to produce the wine

again now let’s jump in the helicopter
again and you see that wonderful Valley
that’s in front there that fantastic
View and then we hover over the
house and we see the swimming
pool it’s a beautiful pool
with this fantastic
view there’s a company that comes to
look after the pool they come to clean
it they were there on the day that we
filmed
this and they come regularly to maintain
the
pool there’s also on the right there
there’s an outdoor kitchen it’s a
beautiful space so there’s just a a
fridge and uh I think it’s a dishwasher
a sink so you can serve drinks
