[Music] I can definitely picture us on this 
Boardwalk yes by this gorgeous Lake look at  
the hilltop Town yeah oh yeah this one’s got a 
special feel about it it sure does Jaimewife yes  
honey man would you sit there with me by that 
beautiful tree by the lake watching the sunset  
drinking some wine and spending some quality time 
absolutely welcome to wandering with wine where  
we search for the best of the best properties and 
bring bring them to you one at a time each Friday  
at 600 p.m. here’s a sneak peek of this week’s 
property there’s something magical about this  
one I don’t know what it is but when you see 
inside you might feel the same way definitely  
I’m really excited I hope you’re excited I know 
you’re excited I know you’re excited let’s get  
into it we are visiting Posta Fibreno in Lazio 
this week €145,000 $153,000 U.S. three bedroom  
three bath okay 1,600 square feet a garden of 
3,300 Square feet you have a house you have giant  
yard and some land there and 1,000 square foot 
terrace over 1,000 foot terrace I mean 1,076 I  
would say 1,076 bottles of wine consumed on the 
happy hour Tower October 4th 1957 what happened  
I’ll tell you what happened Sputnik made its 
first orbit around the Earth and when passing  
Italy it took a picture of this property let’s 
take a look right in the middle of all right I  
almost said Florida for some reason cuz it’s a 
peninsula um not in Florida babe beautiful Lake  
beautiful Hill beautiful mountains it is loving 
this little town how do you get to this enchanting  
town I’ll tell you one way the airport one hour 
and 15 minutes not so bad trains only 11 minutes
away and here are all the routes from that train 
station there’s some uh pretty good look Paris is  
on that list okay wow Paris yeah there are tons of 
bus stops in this town yep so we did Planes Trains  
buses now automobiles mhm Rome oh I’m doing the 
first one I’m doing the first one I thought you  
were doing the first one Rome is an hour and 53 
minutes away Verona Verona six hours away Sorrento  
I’m just saying Sorrento 2 hours we just watched 
a walking tour of though oh I forgot how beautiful  
it is it’s amazing and Zurich is 9 and 1/2 hours 
away we could drive that babe we could what does  
it look like I mean our usual road trips can 
be 14 and 15 hours in a day this is nothing mhm  
look I’m ready to continue if you stop laughing 
this is beautiful look at this this is Zurich in  
Switzerland the largest city in Switzerland do you 
want to say Switzerland one more time Switzerland  
babe tell me about Switzerland there are 1,200 
drinking fountains in Zurich and they have some  
of the cleanest drinking water which is a really 
nice amenity to have yeah and they also say that  
it’s one of the happiest cities on Earth it’s not 
I guess it’s not Disney is number one Disney is  
the second happiest place on Earth after Zurich 
Posta Fibreno has about a thousand residents and  
still a lot of restaurants and things which is 
great but Sora is only it’s less than 15 minutes  
away and has about 25,000 residents and you know 
what that means tons of amenities yep one of our  
biggest concerns as we’re searching for a property 
in Italy is its proximity to a hospital we like a  
lot of these small towns it’s like uh-oh is it 
an hour away this one is 12 minutes away that’s  
nice yep you also have a ton of doctors within 
10 minutes of this property there aren’t any  
teeth in town but there’s a full mouth of teeth 
happening about 8 minutes away 32 dentists a  
dentist for each tooth there is one Pharmacy in 
town and the veterinarian for our Zoe and Maui  
is about 10 minutes away as always we have to 
thank our Channel supporters and you guys are  
again blowing us away we have to thank you so 
this week we have Tom and Terri G Vern Kristi C  
and Leslie B who all joined us as patrons thank 
you so much and Jeff S we greatly appreciate  
the second Super thanks you guys are all amazing 
thank you so much so we thought it would be a good  
idea to try something a little different let’s 
literally drive through this town you know why  
because you’re on this beautiful Lake in probably 
one of the most picturesque walkable towns that  
we’ve found it’s very very pretty there are tons 
of walking paths and trails a lot of people swim  
in the lake supposedly in summer yeah back over 
there where the trails are there’s a lot of trails  
there but I mean look at this Lake this just 
looks like you know a summer Beauty so we just  
did a little drive through the town would you like 
to wander through the town with us let’s do it all  
right the great thing about this one mountains 
everywhere which is 360° of mountains beautiful  
it’s so pretty you know this one to me is very 
quaint quiet and peaceful peaceful which you all  
know we like we we like the amenities close by 
and the services but we don’t need to be in the  
hustle and bustle oh did you see those grape vines 
beautiful love the mountain in the background so  
we we like this town it suits us for what we’re 
looking for couple restaurants couple bars in town  
you know we we make a tradition we’ll go there 
on Tuesday nights whatever it is and if we want  
something different we go 10 to 15 minutes away 
to a big city look at this cute part here on the  
lake it’s a restaurant plenty of parking I mean 
it looks new fresh and clean here babe I really  
I love the trees on the walkways it’s just it’s 
so pretty it’s really pretty I love it and then  
up here too which is nice you can rent boats 
and paddle boats the Lake’s not huge but it’s  
a good size so you can ride a paddle boat small 
Lake small Lake but again you can see a couple  
little shops and things along this wander and 
then as we keep going we’ll actually get to  
the road where you turn for the property yeah we 
like to show this wander and take you from some  
spot in town kind of through the middle and show 
you where the property is show you the road the  
property’s on I think that’s very valuable right 
yep yep and what’s nice too is there’s a walking  
path all the way from the property to get to that 
restaurant by the lake or rent the paddle boat so  
it’s walkable as well which is great okay and then 
right here that’s the road all right wait till you  
see this one look at that street light even so 
cute and the mountains oh yeah love it mhm okay  
here’s a shot of the front this is part of your 
giant yard with your Stone House look look at the  
detail in this look at that stone I really love 
this this is actually kind of one of my favorite  
styles right here no it’s true and then they said 
as well that they were sending a landscaper out  
to trim up things obviously the weather’s getting 
warmer and things are starting to grow I could lay  
down in that grass with a bottle of wine and pass 
out and she won’t be able to find me because the  
weeds are over my head a little but you know here 
is a great size Terrace and also I see a screen on  
that window flly screens I love having the windows 
open in fresh air and I don’t love being bit by  
bugs no absolutely not but this is a great space 
love outdoor space in the trees it tucked away in  
the forest a little bit yeah wait you see this one 
so from that beautiful Terrace area we’re going to  
walk this way in front of the house look at this 
beautiful stone right here okay let’s peek around  
the corner I think we have a surprise for you I 
know we have a surprise for you okay there it is  
we will get to that in a bit let’s take a left 
into the store babe and we are in the kitchen  
yep through the French doors a gorgeous space I 
love how wide open it is I love this kitchen and  
look built in the fridge and the freezer Butcher 
Block countertop nice Hood yeah great cook top  
a farmhouse thing which I love dishwasher pretty 
cabinets fireplace that’s gorgeous yep beams yep  
I would cover those beams again with wood but yeah 
it’s so pretty love that window it’s a big space  
the chandelier and as a reminder this place comes 
mostly furnished so take in what you’re seeing  
that’s right [Music] so the kitchen is actually 
a big space look at that fireplace that we saw  
they have a couch in there little sitting area I 
mean this is pretty cute little living room here  
yep and love that chandelier it’s a nice space 
yeah and there’s looking back at that Terrace  
with the French doors yeah I know you love that I 
do those doors into the kitchen with that window  
I mean those floors natural light beautiful 
here is a beautiful shot of the room next to  
the kitchen let’s check it out let’s leave the 
kitchen and then go into the next room which is  
more of the dining living area as well love the 
stone wall oh love it and then of course you can  
see some of the furniture that’s in here looking 
back another set of French doors another window  
look how thick the wall is unbelievable it’s 
insane and here’s a lookout a little sneak peek  
at that Terrace and garden and the Mountain View 
yeah this I love it this one’s great at that stone  
the chandelier yeah all right let’s head upstairs 
so we go up the stairs into another living area  
it looks like they’re using it for an office and 
great windows again with a screen which I love  
cute view you know the windows look to be in great 
shape you know sometimes hard to open when you’re  
in Italy it’s hard to open those things but look 
at those floors that right there actually used  
to be a door into another space we’ll tell you 
later yep okay the floors what’s up here babe uh  
so if you head up the stairs there’s a loft area 
that they’re using kind of as a bedroom they set  
up some beds yep and I see air conditioning air 
conditioning yes very very nice but again great  
ceilings the floors you don’t have to use this for 
a bedroom you could use it for whatever you want  
that could be the office that’s right there’s 
a lot of options here this is another one that  
has tons of flexibility as you’ll see when we 
go through the rest of the property super nice  
I love those ceilings I think the stairway is 
pretty cute it is you know you could have maybe  
this could be a bedroom down here it could be a 
living room the office could be upstairs I mean  
this one which you see what’s coming before we 
go to the next space let’s appreciate the floor  
and those beams love love love and all throughout 
this home are those beautiful sconces which I’m  
obsessed with okay heading from this space we are 
now heading into a hallway and you can see that  
we have heaters everywhere um into this very 
cute renovated bathroom of course you know I  
love this tile mhm so cute there isn’t though 
well I’m saying cute there is no bidet carino  
but I still love this bathroom yeah we love 
a newly renovated bathroom and this this one  
definitely looks new fresh and clean it does 
before we walk into the main bedroom look at  
the door handle and the key love it I love it’s 
just one of those touches and little details  
about this property and yeah there it is look 
at those ceilings air conditioning again and  
yes what what’s going on in the bedroom babe I’m 
going to take a bath in my bedroom and drink a  
bottle of wine with moonlight uh showing me the 
label on the wine and speaking of labels on wine  
we have received a very special bottle from Tom 
Tom thank you so much this is very unexpected  
and we really appreciate it uh we will let you 
know uh we’ll probably save it for a going to be  
a special bottle bottle for all of you that 
don’t know Tom is who purchased the home in  
Sardinia the beautiful home in Sardinia thanks all 
right thanks Tom back to the tour so like I said  
beautiful tub in your bedroom you have a view 
from the bathtub yeah your claw foot tub yeah  
and you have it ensuite you do and again with 
great ceilings the floors and then Kylie said  
you could easily put a shower in here and she 
could help anyone with that as well absolutely  
leaving that bathroom again look at the size even 
with a giant wardrobe in there y the space is so  
so nice here comes a surprise y heading out 
your French doors mhm you have a happy hour  
Tower that’s on the ground I’ll still call it a 
tower it’s like built into the forest you know on  
the hillside what’s back here too I mean there’s 
stuff happening in this place there is for sure  
and that’s what we’re talking about with this this 
one so you have the tub by the window and then you  
have your own little private Terrace and you’re 
tucked away in the forest it has this romantic  
enchanting just great Vibe about it yeah we really 
like this sun yeah we we could spend some time  
in that bedroom for sure okay let’s head down 
this way well so leaving this bedroom into the  
hallway you see a little nook and cranny with the 
curtain let’s go okay it’s another hallway off of  
a hallway nook and cranny I didn’t expect that 
this is very interesting beautiful ceilings you  
could store stuff here it’s an unusual space but 
that’s what I like about Italy a lot of unusual  
spaces okay this wall you see right here this on 
the other side is the main bedroom so maybe you  
open this up maybe you leave it I mean you can did 
you imagine that would be a serious main bedroom  
because as you go up these stairs as you will see 
there’s another giant space workout room office  
recording studio uh there’s Sky another living 
area the scones again yeah we really love this  
place mhm there again it’s one of those that you 
can kind of make it your own because there’s so  
much flexibility yeah and it’s reasonably priced 
for sure remember that private Terrace off the  
main bedroom we are out here now look at that 
you’re built into the forest here’s this door who  
wants to know what’s behind that door okay let’s 
check it out let’s check it out give me high five  
okay here we go so what do you see babe a door 
that’s very pretty and then a storage area with  
beautiful ceiling yeah nicest storage area I’ve 
ever had usually they have drop ceilings a sink a  
washer I don’t know why you could put a dryer out 
here obviously you’re outside you can have a vent  
and a toilet so it’s kind of a half bath laundry 
room storage mechanical space but you know what  
it’s beautiful and you can do whatever you like 
with it yeah I think you could tidy it up maybe  
add a shower put a hot tub on that happy hour 
Tower little Cabana bath she said that because on  
our walk this morning and we knew we were filming 
tonight uh she said I think we’re doing a hot tub  
if we buy this place so there it is right there 
next to the Potted Plant it’s not a potted plant  
it’s actually a gutter and we love that water 
running down the chain here’s another look at  
that big yard that you have which is so pretty 
the hills are alone again um that isn’t even the  
space that we showed you before in front of the 
house this is another part of your yard this is  
a very big space I can very easily imagine sitting 
here in the morning drinking our coffee looking at  
the view listening to the birds chirping the 
butterflies flying around us it’s like Snow  
White right I just picture this is the enchanting 
Forest right this is the enchanting forest and you  
have this beautiful home nestled right into it 
oh my gosh um orange juice in the morning wine  
in the evening and just so you can see here is 
another area of the garden so there’s a lot of  
space here and on our walk to morning uh Jaime 
said you know what we would do with that area we  
would put in a greenhouse I don’t know Greenhouse 
that’s what you said okay I don’t remember what  
I had for breakfast so to remember what I said on 
the walk protein shake that is true yep uh put in  
a greenhouse Greenhouse okay let’s get into some 
need to knows there are a couple of grocery stores  
around the house and there are are a dozen or more 
within a 10-minute radius of this property there  
are a few restaurants around the property and then 
there are multiple in the surrounding areas okay  
what am I going to say alfresco ding for the 
Jaimewife uh beautiful alfresco dining on the  
lake I mean very pretty Ben Affleck okay he was 
Batman what other movie was he in Goodwill Hunting  
and one more he’s been in so many movies why am I 
drawing blank Pearl it’s not Hunt for Red October  
right that’s too old for him right yeah that was 
Sean Connery that was great movie no really yeah I  
mean they sound alike and they look alike a little 
bit no they don’t but anyway alfresco dining for  
the Jaimewife this is my kind of Alfresco dining 
a couple of croissants some coffee the water views  
Mountain views all right all right all right I 
in all about the you’re in two do you want to go  
to a bar yeah yes let’s beet the neighbors okay 
there’s three in town There’s dozens in the area  
and I think if you wanted to elevate your drinking 
even further boom which is only well the winery  
is only 10 minutes away and there’s a few others 
in the area Yeah by a few she means a few dozen  
perfect uh if we’re elevating or drinking what 
does that look like in this area it looks like  
this okay and it looks like this all 
right not too shabby look how excited  
she is Mountain views drinking wine red wine with 
mountain views is one of her favorite things it
is my eyes are dry go go woman okay why is it 
so hot here because I asked if the AC was on 4  
hours ago and you thought it was I’m roasting 
and now it’s hot because the sound okay yeah  
Happy Thanksgiving Jaime’s turkey okay what do 
you got are those two turkey no what is that  
this is a picture that we kept seeing with the 
winery and I love it outside of mountain views  
animals that’s my thing love look at this View and 
those animals like to drink red wine in the area  
so no they don’t um well if they don’t 
I wonder if they like the grapes they  
probably eat the grapes I’ll drink the red 
wine but I’m going to I’m going to ride one  
of them down uh you know while I’m drinking my 
wine no you’re not to bring them to get water  
you’re not but it sounds good it’s a good 
story I’m going to do it [Music] yes and  
real quick before we get into the fun stuff 
we want to thank some of you who are leaving

this house I’ve been dreaming about Italy for  
a few years oh we get a lot of us have I get it

near your home in Italy yes yes let’s do it let’s

bro I don’t know what you’re talking about we only 
drink when we’re recording a video yeah we never  
drank any at our time absolutely not um actually 
this is only my fourth uh cup of wine I’ve had um  
in The Last 5 Years keep doing what you do because 
you are the highlight of so many people’s Friday  
nights sweet salute day and salute day everyone 
salute Day to your [Music] liver time for some  
fun stuff skiing is less than 40 minutes away okay 
all right that looks really nice this fancy skiing  
you have gondolas yeah I’ve never been to a ski 
resort with a gondola she’s a you know being from  
Buffalo a Northeast skier yeah you know we’re 
hardcore we don’t do that stuff babe we’ll get  
you on a gondola right I mean this one looks very 
new fresh and clean here love it it does as we  
mentioned we were driving through the town there 
is tons of hiking look at all those green dots I  
mean pull your car over and start hiking I think 
or you know we love something like this a little  
board wall controlled area with I mean beautiful 
on this Lake on this water actually that reminds  
me I was are you thinking the same thing I 
thinking cuz I can see I’m flashback flash  
literally had a flashback to the summer okay 
we were in North Carolina for the summer um in  
a little town called Beech Mountain and there’s 
a lot of bear up there um so anyway there’s this  
we’re concerned we have had uh bear spray with us 
everywhere we went when we were hiking and that  
sort of thing but then we found something that 
looked just like this it was a boardwalk around  
the lake and we parked right there and we said 
you know what we can walk around and we had the  
pups with us so we’re like okay it was the only 
time there was a controlled environment on the  
boardwalk anyway I’m ahead with Zoe and we don’t 
have the bear spray and then all of the sudden  
there is a giant bear on the boardwalk so I turned 
around Jaime didn’t see it I said keep walking  
walking she was good she listened to me and then 
I whispered in the ear what it was and it’s like  
oh my gosh we are trapped on a boardwalk usually 
in the forest you can run as long as I can run  
faster than someone else I’m probably going to 
be okay but this you’re stuck on this with the  
bear charging you I mean this one was crazy you’re 
jumping in the water we didn’t know what to do but  
fortunately the bear turned around and went the 
other way and that’s the story here we are we’re  
still here we’re still here I mean golf is an 
okay game I mean you’ve seen these videos before  
I think it’s okay it’s amazing right uh there is 
a golf course 35 minutes away that is great what  
does it look like a lot in the area too okay nice 
Mountain views new fresh and clean I can smell the  
fresh air which means I don’t smell anything it’s 
very crystal clear and clean um looks like a nice  
course I’d love to play it where’s the beach the 
closest beach is about an hour and a half away  
okay right you know this is so nice I’m taking 
these off so I can see it perfectly okay there’s  
the beach there’s sort of alfresco dining out 
there right look at that water in the sand and  
then for the night view all right all right all 
right not too shabby salute to a sunset in Italy
salute remember how we mentioned earlier 
that folks swim in the lake well this is a  
view of the spring look at that pretty water it’s 
Crystal Clear and then the turquoise it’s really  
pretty a hot summer day and you just get right in 
there it’s a little chilly but you feel so good  
that’s what I see when I see this picture if the 
spring is too cold for you cuz we hear it’s what  
10° celsius that’s what Kylie mentioned which I 
actually would like right now cuz I’m so hot if  
you want it slightly warmer there are multiple 
pools in the area there’s also lots of camping  
in the area and there are a lot of places that 
you can have an RV in campers which is pretty  
cool never really thought about that in Italy 
but I know we’re going to start thinking about  
that pretty cool if you want meat you want a 
nice cut something fresh something local there  
are three butchers in town one very close to this 
home yep and then there are multiple bakeries in  
the area I wish I knew what it looked like well 
that’s what that okay and see right bar oh wow a  
coffee bar you know hang out and meet people 
and eat some treats so good I want the cream  
horn slash croissant thing in right in the middle 
that’s what I would be right gosh it all looks  
amazing okay next slide I’m gaining 10 pounds okay 
hardware stores okay you lose 10 pounds cuz you’re  
building something yeah there you go there’s a 
ton in the area yep there is an auto repair shop  
in town and plenty in the area lots of clothing 
stores in the area if you wear clothes you can  
buy clothes if you don’t then this slide doesn’t 
matter for you but it’s not a nudist colony okay  
well there could be one there okay and if you’re 
if you’re a nudist and you can’t you know dress  
and do things your hair is very important cuz 
that’s all you got it’s your accessory mhm
there is a spa about 14 minutes away and generally 
you’re nude so the nudist would go there oh jeez  
post office in town schools one in town several in 
the area learn something yeah churches two in town  
cute gas stations a couple in town and then some 
of the surrounding areas electric vehicle charging  
station about 8 minutes away there is one gym in 
town there are a few banks in town and some in  
surrounding areas okay talk Italy to me okay what 
do we have dove abiti where do you live dove abiti  
where do you live don’t answer that dove abiti 
where do you live okay let’s do it all together  
are you ready 1 2 3 dove abiti one more time one 1 
2 3 dove abiti it’s time for the one minute Wonder  
so this is €58,000 $61,000 U.S. about 1300 square 
feet three bedroom one bath it’s got a you know  
what look at those views babe great views the 
bedrooms all right and free the ceiling that’s  
right look at the barrel vault oh Terrace how much 
is this happy hour Tower $61,000 okay there’s the  
kitchen nice size yeah here is a rendering of what 
you could do inside okay that’s smart yeah I’ll  
take the kitchen on the bottom yeah looks pretty 
nice decent size yeah decent size yep another  
bedroom I love the Wardrobe love the tile floors 
she likes funky tile I do the other bedroom yeah  
great views there’s a version of what you could do 
in the living room and kitchen they like potatoes  
or onions or something uh I think that’s a bidet 
carino that’s the hallway cuz it’s on two levels  
you have double glazed windows and scones the

like and the coldest month it doesn’t get down to 
freezing it looks like it’s 37° yep which is how  
much for a celsius people 3ish degrees for our 
Celsius people you know I always thought Celsius  
was very strange cuz we don’t use it and I didn’t 
really understand it’s like that seems like a  
weird number and then I realized it’s it’s almost 
smarter you know why it is actually because 32° is  
freezing we know that we grew up with that zero 
zero Celsius that’s like yes at zero it freezes  
that is makes more sense yeah so humidity babe 
what do you think uh not too bad mhm it’s not as  
good as last week but it’s still pretty good just 
muggy no miserable yeah oppressive I like it I  
like it a lot yeah those couple months where it’s 
a little muggy just fall back into the spring and  
you’re good to go mobile and internet Verizon 5G

doors and oh I think I’d spent 80% of my time in 
the kitchen and 20% in the bedroom it’s so nice  
in that tub the tub terra cotta floors the wood 
beam ceilings views of of local hillsides and  
beautiful mountains on multiple Terraces with tons 
and tons and tons of garden space right and we  
didn’t mention this in the beginning you have your 
own parking nice so that’s even better park my car
