Hey guys! I’m so excited to take you behind the scenes of planning our Italy wedding in Verona, Italy (destination wedding) and show you some sneak peeks! So, in case you missed it, I am getting married this summer in Italy! But before that happens, there is major planning to do, so we headed out to Italy to go meet our wedding planner, find hotels for our guests, do some food tasting and FINALLY seeing our wedding venue we have been dreaming about!

Verona is one of the most romantic cities in the world because of the famous tale of Romeo + Juliet and besides that it’s a city I always adored — it’s basically like a mini version of Rome.

hello everyone and welcome back to our
pre-wedding vacation planning our
Italian wedding in Italy today was a
major day for us this day was the reason
why we came to Italy it is seeing our
venue finding hotels food tasting and
all the things so just in case you
missed part one which I highly suggest
you go watch we revealed our destination
for our wedding and it is in the city of
Verona the city of love the city of
Romeo and Juliet shittily for me I woke
up at 1:00 a.m. being jet lag and had to
stay up till the whole day and I was so
exhausted at the end of the day so we
started our morning with a morning
stroll we walked around the city center
of Verona went to a few cafes and
bakeries had so much fun before we had
to have on to taxi and go hello everyone
we are in day two in Verona today is a
very exciting day I’m going to try this
again it’s really loud in the streets H
love everyone how are you this is day
two in Verona and this is a very
exciting day for us because for us um
because we are going to meet our wedding
planner today we’re going to go see our
venue we’re going to see the hotel that
we’re staying at um we are going to do
food tasting and I’m really excited
currently it’s raining is not part of
the plan anyways um yay can’t wait are
you excited BOS yeah look how cool you
didn’t even see what like a library in
the street oh okay you have to find a
taxi we’re running late trying to find a
taxi in Verona is kind of difficult
because most of the city is structured
to not have cars in at the city center
so the best place to always find a taxi
is next to the Verona Arena there’s
normally a little park there and then
there’s a lineup of different taxis that
is the best place to find taxis always
our first stop of the day was to go
check out a hotel that we wanted our
wedding guest to St out but in reality
it wasn’t as cute as it appeared on the
internet so it was a big no no then we
went in the car with our previous
wedding planner which we had to fire
that’s a story for a different day if
you guys want the details comment below
and let me know but anyways we were
headed to go see our wedding venue for
the first time but we got there early so
we stopped before at a cafe to look at
some invitation ideas that she had in
mind and then came the moment I’ve
obviously been waiting for my entire
freaking life we went to see our wedding
venue and I died because it was so much
it was exactly how I thought and it was
even veteran person oh my God and no I
will not be revealing our wedding venue
quite yet only after the wedding but
here is a mini sneak peek oh my goodness
we’re at a wedding venue right now and
when we got here I like passed out and
died it was better than I
thought like
can’t I’m just I’m amazed I’m like a
manifestor I have I’m a manifestor
generator yes but I have this ability to
like tap into what energies places feel
like and like just as though I was
already there and then when I get here
the energy just matches and I’m
like it’s like a deju moment it’s like
what is life is it a dream which it is
essentially 5D
conversations um I’ve been freaking out
this
is the perfect fairy tale I can’t even
get to live this life I just I’m looking
like left and right up and
down I can’t believe this is my life I’m
so grateful gosh I really wish I can
show you guys more but I can’t it’s
killing me anyways after we went to see
the wedding venue which we obviously
were obsessed with and loved it was food
tasting time and during our catering
food tasting session we also got to look
at the different types of plates
silverwear candlesticks tablecloth got
to pick all the colors see what they
have to see what we have to order I’m
super super super particular about my
vision and my design for this wedding
there is definitely a freaking theme and
I am so key on themes wedding planning
is so overwhelming the amount of detail
is insane I am such a detail oriented
person and even I am so overwhelmed with
all the little tiny things you have to
pick and select it has blown my mind it
is ridiculous and nuts but it’s all
worth it for the bigger grander fish of
things and I think with all of that the
hardest thing is when you have a
specific vision and you want something
very specific and you can’t find it that
drives me nuts which has happened
numerous times while planning my wedding
The Villa that we are getting married at
has a Vineyard and so they have their
exclusive champagne and wine line that
we got to do tasting on as well which
was delicious and amazing then it was
finally time for the food tasting all
the foods that we selected this was
Ben’s favorite part cuz favorite thing
in the world is food excuse me we the CH
for yes yes I remember I one thing is
for sure our wedding is going to have an
insane amount of food and insanely
delicious food too much food I literally
have to tap out Midway through the food
tasting because I just ate so much I had
no more room for the actual main dish
from all the endless finger food and
appetizers the next morning we went to
go check out a few more hotels because
we weren’t pleased with the one that we
originally found typically when you do a
destination wedding you normally get a
tour of all the rooms which was very
familiar to me cuz this is the same
process as collaborating with a hotel as
a travel blogger same thing you get to
see all the rooms we originally wanted
to rent a villa for our bridal party
parents and siblings but that did not
work out so we went for a boutique hotel
which is most of the hotel chains in
Italy regardlessly good morning everyone
how are you this is day three or four in
Italy I’m not sure
um I think we might have found the Del
that we’re going to stay out for our
wedding we kind of fell in love I just
can’t believe that everything we’ve been
visualizing just somehow always seems to
work out that’s cuz you’re hanging out
with a a manifestor generator so you
know no big deal this is so bizarre
there’s things that we just saw in like
movies and in shows and on my Pinterest
board someone died um and um
and yeah like this this wasn’t a TV show
I if it was filmed here I will my
pants like we just watched a TV show
that we fell in love
with it literally Ben it literally looks
like this like you know when the when
the car and the traffic and the people
what was that short called
um uh from scratch from scratch on
Netflix and here’s a moment where Ben is
making fun of me Instagram future wifey
and that’s it for our Series in Verona
next up we head out to Lake Garda to
spend two nights there such a beautiful
spot very close to Verona I hope you
