The 47-year-old reality TV star took to Instagram to show off her fancy dinner celebrations at Rails Steak House in New Jersey, before revealing on the show that Joe made her sign a prenup before their wedding. Teresa remained behind the camera while she documented her wining and dining at the upscale restaurant. Joe later snapped at Teresa, who said that Joe was stressed from being stuck in an ICE detention center, and told her that he only made her sign a prenup because he didn’t want to get married. He said: “You know what? You want me to say it now? “Alright, you and this stupid prenup that you keep bringing up? I didn’t want to get married, alright?” During confessional, Teresa then explained that she almost called off her wedding to Joe 19 years ago because he was making her sign a prenup. She told the cameras: “I wasn’t going to go through with it, but being Italian, you know, I have old-school parents, that’s an embarrassing thing to call off a wedding. “I didn’t even read it, I just said: ‘I want you to put one thing in there: If you ever cheat, prenup goes void’.” Sun Online confirmed that Joe and Teresa had officially separated before the holidays, while Joe awaits a decision on his appeal.
