So I made buffalo chicken using bacon grease to sort of pan fry the chicken. I also used garlic powder, onion powder and salt. My sauce of choice is always going to be Frank’s. I had originally bought Bleu Cheese to go with it but the cheese was open and all gross and moldy. I then topped it off, after draining it all, with Italian cheese blend from Meijer’s and BACON!!!
