  2. No vegetables tonight- we had a nice piece of parmigiano reggiano and organic honey to go along with the meatballs and wine. Finished with an espresso and passito dessert wine

Low fat and low carb meatballs are ground lean beef, 1 egg white, and send the cores of napa cabbage through a food processor (and drain all the water) a Tbsp of vegetable stock (the better than bouillon brand), and a cup of bread crumbs. Put all the seasonings in that you want, and roll. Coat with soy sauce before cooking! I love it!!
